Yes I did get refunded back, But their customer service was very poor, I called to talk to the rep who handled our account.
He was very rude said Iwould never get my money back and the bank let the $295 process through. I told him if he did not respond to my emails and calls I would have no choice but to report the Company. He never would Respond in Email or calls so I had no Choice. I filed a complaint with my bank who investigated the issue and said I had 24 hrs to reverse the Charges once applied, that was to quick I did not see my bank statement for 3 days then seen what had happened.
