I MUST respond as this is their standard letter & it actually has nothing to do with me, I did not violate any policies or guidelines for facilityI filed a compliant in Feb one in yrs& had a phone conversation w/ owner Corrine back in & they termed my membershipI would like this issue closed as I have their voice mail messages saved as well as recording of my conversations with owner Corrine
This owner has no people skills which is why they have always had a great front office person but apparently she left or just decided to be an instructor & they placed a teenager in her place, who has no people skills & does not understand the meaning of customer service
I would not accept a membership there for free after going through this experience
I have several witnesses as well as the voice mail messages & recordings of my conversation w/an uneducated owner who makes decisions without getting any facts
I appreciate your help but these people are not worth my time
