I'd like to thank Air Design for taking the time and the opportunity to ensure I know they value me as a customer Following a disappointing experience, Air Design took that as an opportunity and went above and beyond They sent a very courteous and professional gentleman out the very next day to remedy the plumbing situation at my home I'm truly grateful for the customer service they provided, I will be using them for future jobs and will recommend them to others

I had a hot water heater installed on Nov I noticed a minor problem with the unit on Nov I called around 4pm on Nov 06,a Friday, expecting to hear that someone would be out Mon to look at itI was told they would send someone to look at the unit4:20, the service man was here and took care of the problemthis company gets a big A from me #in customer service

I called Air Design to check my gas hot water heater which would keep the pilot
light lit. Upon inspection they recommended t be replaced.
I was quoted $1150 but with a $350 rebate from the gas company. So my portion would be $800. When I received my bill it was for $1500 and the rebate was to go to ADS thus making my [redacted] $1150 - a difference of $350 billed to me.
This was NOT what was quoted nor agreed to. I called ADS and discussed this with the plumbing manager (Billy) he was very understanding and instead of arguing
with me, he understood the situation and agreed to the verbal quote I was originally given and adjusted my bill accordingly. That showed me a lot about good relations and satisfaction. So what could have been a real bad experience
with Air Design Systems was resolved professionally and I sincerely appreciated that. So, the bottom line is I highly recommend this company. They proved their
claim to customer satisfaction.

Due to the older plumbing in my home, I had a reoccurring problem that required plumbing attention every 6-8 months. I had used Air Design for this problem in the past. When I had them out to the house 10 days ago, they completed the job but this time there was a mysterious extra $80.00 fee that I had never been charged before, "diagnostic fee." The plumber said they were supposed to have been charging me that before, and he had to charge that now. Nice.
Less than ten days after the work had been done, I began having the same exact issue. The "fix" usually lasts 6 months not six days. I just got off the phone with a very unpleasant and rude receptionist and was told I would have to pay for the whole thing again if I wanted them to come back out.
My assessment is a money hungry company with unhappy employees that does not take pride in or stand by their work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, nor will I ever use them again.
