I have reviewed the customers complaint and contacted the company who handles our rebates They provided me with the reason his claim was declined due to incorrect serial number for the product in their data base per the rebate qualifications I have verified the serial number with them and given them permission to process the rebate for the customer The serial number for his product purchased is correct and qualifies for the rebate We apologize for the misunderstanding and he should receive his rebate soon.If you have any questions, please let me knowRegards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] purchased the Lakemaster WI MSD card back in April of 2016. The card carries a 30 day warranty on it from the date of purchase. When the MSD card was received the card had a hairline crack in the card, this is why we were not going to be replacing the card under...
warranty. The card carrier was not damaged only the microSD card has the hairline crack. Attached is a copy of his microSD card. The Lakemaster WI MSD card and carrier was mailed back to customer on 6/24/16.
We will provide replacement this time for the Lakemaster WI card, part number [redacted] at no charge. The card does carry a 30 day warranty. The replacement card is being shipped on order number [redacted]. The card is currently on back order until @ 7/15/16.
I see where the customer sent an email regarding the service needed to their unit. It was suggested that they return the unit to our factory at the following address:
