The customer cancelled the reservation on the date of check-in. Customer made the reservation on-line accepting the cancellation policy of hours. We made the offer to allow them to come at another date, but the offer was declined. The customer became abusive, bullying the
owner with violent threats requiring us to contact the sheriffs department

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
What the Inn is not informing you is I have a voicemail from Mr. [redacted] cancelling my reservation and stating he was giving me a full refund. Evidently his wife [redacted] didn’t like that so now she’s refusing to follow through. I’m my voicemail it states they are cancelling my reservation therefore their “72hrpolicy” is void. They cancelled the reservation and said I was getting a refund. I expect the refund.
