I gave this company a deposit of $4200 in August of 2024. They keep telling me I'm next, but I haven't seen any effort to accomplish anything. After asking many times for my deposit back, and never receiving it, and contacting them many times, only to hear excuses. I don't think I will receive any kind of refund. I was told many times that I am next and the weather is the fault. I am ready to except the loss and hire a different company. Today is 5-30-25.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. What the Inn is not informing you is I have a voicemail from Mr. [redacted] cancelling my reservation and stating he was giving me a full refund. Evidently his wife [redacted] didn’t like that so now she’s refusing to follow through. I’m my voicemail it states they are cancelling my reservation therefore their “72hrpolicy” is void. They cancelled the reservation and said I was getting a refund. I expect the refund.
