By far the most horrible experience I have ever had with any company and after months this is still on goingWe are still waiting tu use our pool after monthsFor the last months there has been no communication from the companyI call every day for weeks before warranty office gets back to meThen they do not fix the poolThen I call to report this and they have no idea what I am talking aboutI have drained and refilled my pool twice now….I called CAMEO and they told me to drain it againThey are all clueless and no one knows what I am talking about when I do get a hold of someoneI think the only solution is to have repair work done myself and hire a lawyer to get my money back from CameoI you use this company to build your pool be ready for a month nightmareBy the way, this is the first time I have ever filed a complaint on any company in my lifeWords cannot really describe how bad this experience has been trying to install a pool
Cameo's historic banking records have been researched and they indicate that a check was written to the *** in the amount of $ The check# was *** and dated March 13, It is also reflected in the Cameo banking records that the check never cleared the bank A
replacement check will be issued to the *** and sent to the noted address in the Revdex.com Complaint: *** *** ** *** ** *** ***There are several steps that incur costs in the process of obtaining a permit for any swimming pool project:Cad drawings createdCad drawings are submitted to obtain structural engineering stampsPermit service chargesFinally the permit itselfThe $retained by the corporation covers the cost of those various charges.We have no record of any previous communication from Mror Mrs*** and cannot speak as to where the communications were sent *** *** was noted as salesperson that handled the original contract and hasn't been employed with this corporation since October of Email carriers for the corporation have changed as have email addresses Regardless, and as stated above, a replacement check will be re-issued to the *** Further research into the job will be completed the week of April 6th and the *** advised of charges incurrred on the job to indicate further reimbursement if required
I called A & S this morning and Mr S[redacted] was here by noon today to fix our washer,,my wife said he was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the problem,washer was fixed and he left in about an hour.
Cameo Pools or Paddock Pools (same place) Do NOT trust this company. I signed my contract over 7 weeks ago and I only have a hole in my backyard! I have called many times to confirm contract appointments and [redacted], or [redacted] keep telling me that they are "working" on it. This is only when they either answer the phone or rarely call me back. I have had the most stressful and unprofessional service with this pool company that I had no choice but to worn potential customers. Please do your research and use a more dependable pool company.

They hit sewer line that was marked ran into RV gates. Miss marked the pool twice and had to redug it.
