rejecting this response because:  They business is lying.  When they contacted me, they were very argumentative, rude and informed me they ONLY would honor "in Turlock" competitor's coupons--that a "local competitor means ONLY WITHIN THE TOWN OF TURLOCK!"  They went on to say that that is what their lawyer declared when he ok'd the advertisement--"only valid on competitors coupons from within the town of Turlock" however that IS NOT what their advertisement says.  Their response does not make sense as they claimed within the written response to you that Modesto Junk is 25 - 30 miles away" which is an outright falsehood allegedly being perpetrated to get out of this complaint!  Modesto Junk is located on the outer edge of Modesto towards Ceres; and the center of Modesto is only 15 miles from Turlock so Modesto Junk is 15 miles or less away!  They need to take a drive and clock the mileage as well as stop making false written assertions that simply are untrue. They never made the assertion to me that Modesto Junk was 25 - 30 miles away because they it simply is a lie!  They did not say they would honor the coupons and only finally tried to attempt to give me the money after arguing and informing me what they lawyer declared.  I finally informed them I was going to pursue this matter since they had been so rude, argumentative and professed false assertions thus ended the unprofessional conversation.   Their advertisement is simply a falsehood used as a ruse to entice customers into bringing recyclables to their company.  My family who was with me during the recycling was absolutely stunned at Go Green Recycling's blatant refusal to honor their own advertisement and Modesto Junk's coupon; and instantly realized they were cheating us out of monies due.
