I had new struts and shocks replaced on 10/13.A year later I started experiencing the same issue again.I have a lifetime warranty, but no service now.I [redacted] known as [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on a couple occassions late last year about a reoccurring issue with my car making the same squeaking sound as it did prior to the strut and shock replacement. [redacted] asked me to give him until after the holidays to arrange a repair time because he's backed up; no problem. He has always honored his word until now. The receipt clearly states Lifetime Warranty. He has already had to replace a one of them once after the original repair. It's very embarrassing that I've spent $1,650 and my cadillac sounds like a bad mattress when I stop or turn. Now, I have been calling since Jan. 3rd. He hasn't answered the phone not 1 time. For years, if I called and he didn't answer, he would always call me back automatically calling my name once I answered without me saying who it is. I started taking screen shots in Feb when I called, but no answer. Some days the voice mail would pick up and state that it's full and some days I was able to leave a message. I've left so many polite detailed messages, but still no call back. He has yet to call me back or answer my call in 2015. I went there on 2/14/15 when I arrived back in Memphis from vacation, but they were closed on this particular day. There's another good mechanic that works there name [redacted]. I have the upmost respect for these guys. It baffles me to see them do a loyal customer for so many years like this. The work was performed on 10-28-13. I have the receipt in my possession. His shop number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.Desired SettlementI'm going to get another estimate elsewhere and I want him to cover the cost. I have lost all trust in this shop. This will be the 2nd occurrence after the original repair that I'm having to go back for the sam issue. Therefore, I don't feel that he's trying to really resolve the issue.
