My company ordered shirts for a charity eventThe shirts were late and of low quality, but that's not the real problemThe problem is that the charity got a call from a collections attorney months later for a balance on the shirts that was never chargedThey had my company CC on file and could have just billed the balanceBut they didn't bother contacting the company who actually bought and donated the shirts, they put the charity into collectionsI would never do business with these guys again
Initial order from customer made online was incorrectThey called and corrected the orderAfter confirming rest of order was correct the order was sent outReceipt clearly shows items that were orderedAttached is proof documenting these statementsWe feel that we are being scammed and refuse
to refund the customer

This company is lieing, and I have had heard others complain about this issueThe person on the phone read our order to us and it only listed items from that list which was the General tso's chicken, chicken lo mein and a riceNothing moreI don't even want my money back from this horrible restaurantI would rather have the place inspectedSaying I am scamming them is untrueThey are the ones who scammed me and gave me stuff I never ordered.
