Horrible customer serviceIt took two weeks to get a reply to my emailsOnce they finally responded I was told my items were backordered so I asked for a refundThey stopped answering emails and did not answer the customer service phone numberI wrote them on Facebook and I got a sarcastic response from a complete jerk joking about them screwing me overI was then blocked from their Facebook page

I ordered a set of four mugs on February, and was directed to BongoUS for international delivery, which was fine After ten days I still had not received a notice that the shipment was going outI received a reply to my query stating that they only had one of the mugs in stockI never received an email from them stating that they only had one mug in stock and so there would be a delayThey then promised to ship the one mug on Feb and have Bongo refund the money from the other three mugsI heard nothing for a week and sent another email on Feb, at which time I asked for a full refund, but they said the one mug had already been received by Bongo for shipment I spoke with Bongo on Feb, and it turns out they have not received the package and that they have been trying to contact Magical Ears to confirm my refund I have now asked them for a full refund via email (they do not answer the phone), and will be contacting Bongo to request full refund from them as well, since I do not trust Magical Ears to follow through

This order was placed in early December in time for arrival by Christmas which was within their day delivery window My credit card was charged immediately via Paypal After receiving no status notifications on my order after the days, I contacted the merchant on 12/26/and requested a delivery status Their response was "Per our last email there will be a delay with these selling out so quickly the holidaysThey should be in shortly!" However, I never received that email On 1/13/2015, I contacted them again regarding the status of my order Their response was that my inquires gave them the impression that I did not want to wait for the item to be shipped and canceled my order They never once gave me an estimate delivery date for the item after I had waited more than a month and never proactively informed me regarding the status of my order Quite frankly, I'm not confident I would have ever received the item or would have ever received a credit back to my credit card if I had not remembered to follow up with them I'm still waiting for the credit to be posted to my card I have been informed takes days Not a very good experience overall.If they didn't have the item in stock for immediate shipment, they should have notified the buyer of that fact when the order was being placed Not a very good experience overall

I ordered a set of four mugs on 4 February, and was directed to BongoUS for international delivery, which was fine. After ten days I still had not received a notice that the shipment was going out. I received a reply to my query stating that they only had one of the mugs in stock. I never received an email from them stating that they only had one mug in stock and so there would be a delay. They then promised to ship the one mug on 16 Feb and have Bongo refund the money from the other three mugs. I heard nothing for a week and sent another email on 25 Feb, at which time I asked for a full refund, but they said the one mug had already been received by Bongo for shipment. I spoke with Bongo on 27 Feb, and it turns out they have not received the package and that they have been trying to contact Magical Ears to confirm my refund. I have now asked them for a full refund via email (they do not answer the phone), and will be contacting Bongo to request full refund from them as well, since I do not trust Magical Ears to follow through.
