We have received a letter from the Revdex.com in regard to the complaint ID [redacted].  Our manager had a discussion with the customer and resolved this in person.  The customer had a misunderstanding about the situation and decided that he would not need a refund to his order.

We have tried to work with her and even offered her the refund of the food. However, we were threatened about calling the police and other sources.
