It's been over a year (it'll be 2 years in November to be exact & still have not received my items.

Don't order from them. They don't ship and they don't respond to emails.
Ordered a sweatshirt. Waited the 60 days that they said it might take. No shipment, no email. Tried emailing them over the next month with no response. So now I have no sweatshirt, and they stole my money. This guy is more concerned with taking photos of himself in the theme parks for attention than he is running a real business.

Placed an order and when delivered items were missing. Received a "discount code" for value of items, placed another order that was never shipped.
On November 29th 2019, I made a purchase from Hundred Acre Hood. My order was delivered on December 28th, with half of the items that I purchased - two t-shirts - missing. I reached out to their customer support email on that same day (Dec. 28th) and received an automatic reply asking that I allow 3-5 days for a reply. After a delay that I attributed to extra holiday business, I heard back on January 9th from "Rebekah M." on HAH's support team, and was informed that this company has a no-refunds policy. I was offered a store credit for the value of the missing items. On January 13th I received a second reply from Rebekah M. indicating that she was submitting a missing item invoice to their third party warehouse to get the shirts out to me right away. I waited to hear back and after almost 3 more weeks, on January 28th, decided to just use the code I was given for a custom discount/store credit to place a new order. As of writing, on May 28, it has been four months since I placed this second order and aside from an order confirmation email I have received zero correspondence from the company regarding shipping. I have attempted to get support from the company directly by following up with emails on March 18th, April 19th, and May 21st but they have neglected to reply.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund in the amount of $54.05 for products purchased that were not shipped. -> Original order was missing items valued at $36.40. -> Second order which used store credit and never shipped totalled $17.65. -> $36.40 + $17.65 = $54.05

An order placed 3.5 months ago still has not been delivered and customer service is not responding.
On Feb. 6, I placed an order. Now on May 25, there has still been no movement of my order. On 3/11 I received an email responding to my email inquiry regarding the status of my order. They said there was a delay and they could ship the available part of my order the following week. That did not happen. I have since emailed them 3 additional times with no response. I private messaged the company's instagram on 5/6 and received a message that same day saying my order would most likely be shipped by the end of the following week. That also did not happen.

Desired Outcome

I would like my merchandise in a timely fashion, if that can not be completed, at this point: I would like a full refund.

Never received order nor heard from customer support.
Placed an order on 10/8/19 and as of 5/22/2020 have not received anything. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response, only an automated email saying they'll get back to me in 3-5 days. I have even send them messages on social media and got ignored. This is my second order from them. The first took four months to get to me and that was only after reaching out multiple times. The lack of customer support is ridiculous. I only ordered again because they gave me a $12 credit from my first order last year. At this point I just want my money back for the shirt I never received!!

I just want my $20 back! I don't even care about the shirt anymore. If they can't refund at least send me my order!!

Ordered over a month ago and have not received product or adequate communication in when I will receive my order. Not offered a refund.
I ordered from Hundredacrehood on 2/2/20 order *** they offered a "super bowl" discount so I figured that was a great time to buy. I ordered two shirts: Goofi Gang & Monsters Ink. Got a confirmation email stating shipping can take up to two weeks. After two weeks I hadn't heard anything so I emailed for an updated. Got an automated email that it could take up to 5 business days to hear back. Nothing after 5 days. Tried emailing again. Tried completing the email form. Tried DM'ing *** (owner) on Instagram. Tried getting through to *** through his multiple "surveys" and "bidding" stories he was putting on Instagram daily. Finally heard back from him after calling the company out on my Instagram story on 3/5/20. He asked me to take the story down to "get this resolved". I did. And didn't hear back from him for another 4 days. Today 3/9/20, I received an email telling me the facility that makes the Goofi Gang shirt is having "some issues". Super frustrating to know it's taken over a month for them to realize while my order just sat unfulfilled, but my money certainly got taken. And nothing regarding the other item I purchased? I have sent *** Instagram DM's again asking for a refund. Once again trying to reach out on his stories. Trying to get his attention for him to make this right.

I want a refund. Based off other people's reviews and Revdex.com complaints, I'm never going to receive the product. I no longer want to represent the company after their blatant disrespect and ignoring their customers.

I placed an order for three items in November 2019. Only one of the three items has been delivered, and there has been no communication from H.A.H..
On November 15, 2019 I placed an order in the amount of $76.80 for three shirts for an upcoming Disney trip. I made a mistake in not noticing that one of the items was actually a pre-order - but I was fine with that, as it was my oversight.

None of the shirts arrived in time for my trip, but when I returned from the trip, one of the shirts had been delivered. I had also received tracking information for the second of three items that I had ordered. Some time had passed, and tracking information was never updated past the point of a "label being made" for the item.

I have reached out to the company MANY times via their direct customer service e-mail, via a "contact us" form on their website, and through multiple comments and direct messages on Instagram. I have received only one personalized response to my messages, and one generic response regarding the item that was a pre-order. Evidently this item went through printing issues and became very delayed, so a discount code was sent out to make up for this. My personalized response stated that "they" could see that my Metalleota t-shirt had never passed the point of the label being made, and that they would look into this and be in touch with me. I also got a discount code with this e-mail. In regards to being "in touch" with me... that promise never saw any follow through.

To this date I have sent seven e-mails to the direct customer service e-mail address, I have filled out the contact form via the Hundred Acre Hood website two times (with specific information regarding my order), I have sent nine messages via direct message on Instagram, and have also left approx. five Instagram comments regarding this issue.

Long story short - I am still missing two of the three items that I ordered. I have received what I would consider to be inadequate correspondence regarding my concerns for my order. I have received two discount codes, which I will not be redeeming due to the fact that I have not received the initial items that I ordered. Everything is at a stand still, and I am out $57.60.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer a refund for these items, but I am not sure how I would receive it because I paid with my debit card, and my banking information has changed since this issue. If I am unable to receive a refund, then I would ultimately like to receive the items that I paid for.

I ordered a tshirt on 11/28/19 from this online company. I have yet to receive the tshirt or refund or response 2 1/2 months later.

I have reached out to the company numerous times via email and received an inital response on 1/9/2020 explaining that they received a delay with printers. I emailed again on 1/25/2020 after still no update or communication on my order. I then emailed again NUMEROUS times since and still no resolution has come about my order. I reached out via Instagram and did receive a response on 2/5/2020 saying that I will receive a refund and the t-shirt will be sent. I have not received a refund and have reached out to the company again and still have not heard anything back. I have been as patient as I can be. I am disgusted with the customer service and the way it has been handled.

I just want my money back. If the company still wants to send the shirt then that is their choice but at this point I want my money back.

I pre-ordered a jacket and hat on November 27, 2018. I paid $65.18 for these items up front and was promised a two-week turnaround time. Two weeks passed, but I was willing to wait for the items and assumed a holiday delay. Apparently these items were never even printed or made, and thus were never shipped out to me. I inquired about when these items would be shipped to me, and I was told they would be ordering a batch in the second week of November 2019. I said I was fine with waiting, but my patience was my downfall in this situation.

Since this was a brand I had been ordering from for years and always trusted, I ordered a shirt on February 24th 2019 (amount of $24.00). This was also my mistake, as I should have known not to trust them when my first order had not been fulfilled. I waited for this item as well and it was never even shipped out to me.

November 2019 passed *** and I sent multiple Direct Messages to the company on Instagram asking when I would be receiving these items. My messages were ignored, so I sent an email to the company's Customer Service email address on 12/12/2019. I was told my email would receive a response in 3-5 business days. That email was ignored, so I sent another one on 12/18/2019. That email was also ignored, so I sent a THIRD email on 12/24/2019. I also did not receive a response to that email. I sent another message to the owner of the company on Instagram and was told on December 19th that I would be receiving a refund in a few days. I never once received an apology for the YEAR AND A HALF they have had my money in their pocket and I have not had any merchandise.

It is now 1/9/2019 and I still have not heard back from any Customer Service representatives or ANYONE from Hundred Acre Hood via email. I have sent multiple messages and comments to the business after my last chat with the owner and have not heard back from anyone. Unfortunately I will not be able to trust this company anymore due to their broken promises and appalling customer service.
