practicing at our studio over a year with more than 60 visits during the period (see attached) received a complimentary “Free Birthday Pass” and decided to use it by inviting her friend [redacted] to class. We are terribly sorry that [redacted] has lost a portion of her money and feel terrible. We take pride in our service to our community’s health and wellbeing.  We have provided over 2600 plus some Free classes (see attached) to our community since our August 2010 opening. This is valued around $45,000. We are a continuous eager donators /contributor to PTA’s and many elementary, middle and high schools in McLean and Vienna areas (dozens of letters from schools and teachers upon request available).  Hot Yoga Tysons offers many deep discounts and gratis classes to Fairfax County schools, police, fireman and military discounts. We are a very reputable yoga studio with over 360,000 (see attached) visits in last almost 6 years.  We were “Best of Mclean” in 2015 and have been one of Nations top studios during this time even placing in top 5 Yoga studios in USA. We have many letters and correspondence from happy students that retrieved left behind items.WE ASK[redacted] was given a phone number and an e-mail address that is as well public information. Even posted (see attached) on our front entrance.  She never called us. She never E-Mailed us.  She instead went to McLean Police station to file a complaint. Why? Why not call us or e.mail or reach out to voice this complaint and concern?   Why would a thief take $23.00 and not the whole $39.00? Why not take her credit card, phone etc? why same thief spares the other 18 practitioners?Attached there is a letter from Ms. B[redacted] one of our many teachers that had to deal with a very irate and aggressive [redacted].  She went beyond fair and gave her cash money while being screamed at in the presence of a Police officer while a class was in present.  We are truly concerned with our safety and our students by her irrational behavior and vicious behavior.  We have decided to share this complaint and response and all attached with our attorney to make sure that we as teachers and all our students are free and safe what seems a malicious attach on moral of a studio and community.  We will ask for restrictions and have McLean Police Department / officer at the time to provide a full police report of this incident. We are afraid of this Lady and feel raped by her vicious actions, accusations and behavior.  We are not what she makes us to be. We respectfully ask that Revdex.com withdraws this irrational complaint as it resentfully degrading  to our small business and great community.Respectfully,Insel M[redacted] Owner , diroctor
