Review: the business is a pizza delivery establishment. We placed an order at from [redacted] on 11-01-2013 6:15. the person taking the order [redacted] stated that the order delivery would take approx. 45 minutes. the order did not arrive until 8:00 pm. after 2 subsequent calls, the manager assured us that the delivery person would have arrived in ten minutes. the manager gave us a 5.00 discount, but we are asking for a full refund for the amount of 15.00.Desired Settlement: refund of 15.00
