I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.

I orded a barbecue chicken pizza. I received marinara sauce on the pizza. So I called and spoke to the manager John. He offered to send out a new Pizza.. I tried to confirm the kind pizza with John and he cut me off and said he knew what was supposed to be on it. I received the new pizza wrong and undercooked.. The delivery man asked for the original pizza back.I guess to prove that I wasn't lying. Which I think is really rude to do to your customers. When I called back and spoke to John again he was very condescending and rude. I asked for a refund for my pizza he refused and said his system is not capable of doing that. I asked to call corporate And the number he gave me did not go to the corporate office. So I had to look up the number of myself. I left them a message but I am asking for my full refund of $16.43.
