The owner of this company, [redacted], doesn't like "people of color". He attempted to force my husband and I to sit down and be quiet. I had an appointment set for over two weeks and when I arrived he refused to work on my car, for no clear reason. [redacted] eventually explained that he tries to avoid servicing "people like me". Furthermore, the only reason I ended up in Superior Tire is because the car lot where I purchased my car said that Superior did the original work and that I shouldn't even need service yet. So instead of being able to go to my trusty mechanic, I was asked to go to Superior so that they would be held responsible for the work they "did", or didn't do!
Please don't ever come to this place. [redacted] insisted that it would take over 6 hours to replace brakes and rotors, a task that never takes more than 2 hours. The guy running this place has a serious customer service problem. Maybe it' just simple racism but either way he doesn't deserve anyone's money!
