from what I have just read regarding this company, not much has changed We are having issues with them Can't fill the scheduleI have called and tried to talk to someone and just got passed around to voice mailFinally I asked to speak to the owner and they put me threw to Jeff He got on the phone and was rude, pretty much told me to go get [redacted] somewhere else signed a contract that they would cover 6:30am shift and 5pm shift plus shifts on the weekends I have been told to watch the billing, cause they tend to over billTheir communication skills are terrible They do not relay messages to the aids and nor do they call the clients to let them know if there is a change in the schedule They don't return calls Told them that I was going to call [redacted] TV and they said they didn't care and neither did ***
The aides did not show up and no replacements were foundBilling was incorrect and we were over billed on several occasionsWhen you call to complain about no one showing up, they didn't careUsed them for two months and it was very bad service
WORST place for communicating to their associatesMany times did not fulfill the contractI don't blame the caregivers I blame the management staff for not training and communicating information neededCalled to talk to *** about being charged for hrs when caregiver was only there for 11/she said they had to schedule someone at the last minuteNot my problem when some was to be here 11/hrs earlier and family didn't receive a callShe past it on to *** another manager and when I returned his call I proceeded to explain the bill and also had cancelled a caregiver hrs ahead and she was still sent outHe was rushing me through the call and I cancelled services all together and explaining why I was and he was interrupting me, talking over me, and then hung up on meIf he was unable to talk to me at the time he should have explained and returned my call when he could haveVERY RUDE and not business likeCould add a lot more to this but very upset and angryJUST DON'T USE THIS SERVICE
