This issue was reviewed by our Service Manager in Roanoke and the Corporate Director of Service In researching the history for Mr [redacted] complaint, we do not see where his vin# [redacted] was ever in the Roanoke shop with a complaint of GPS not working correctly, speedometer going blank, front wheel seals leaking, transmission binding, fuel filter gauge not working properly, lights not working under dash, or shims being installed The last time this truck was in the Roanoke shop was 6-19- That repair was an exhaust after treatment issue [redacted] warranty paid for most of the repair and Truck Enterprises, Incpaid the remainder as goodwill to the customer No other issues were found at that time The only other visits to the shop were 5-18-and 1-16- Both were minor repairs consisting of an ecm update, thermostat replacement, and cleaning of the 7th injector on the after treatment Truck Enterprises, Incregrets to hear about Mr [redacted] engine failure but the last visit to our Roanoke shop has been months ago
