Review: Over the last several weeks we (mostly my husband, but myself included) have tried to contact the owner of Hunsberger Mechanical LLC. We have been having trouble with the furnace that he installed. It does not run properly and really bothers me because I don't want to have any serious issues while I am not at home. He came to make a repair, but the repair did NOT fix the problem. So we called and explained the situation, the owner had indicated that he would put us on the schedule to come repair the unit, then without consulting us, took us off the schedule and didn't show "assuming" it was working properly. My husband texted him (since the owner himself indicated that this was the best form of communication for him) and asked what time he'd be coming. He just stated that he 'thought' everything was okay and took us off the schedule. This was the day my husband was off, so it made him a little upset that he would now not be showing. So it was rescheduled for the following week. When he didn't show again, my husband called and texted...never received a response. My husband ended with "I guess I will see you next week". The following week, we still received no response, and no show. He continues to ignore texting or phone calls. We just want our system to work properly. It's upsetting to me because we have a 2 year old and I don't want to have a faulty furnace, that scares me. We are not sure what is going to happen at this time, but it has been several weeks and still no word from the owner. This business was highly recommended because he did good work for minimal price, but now I'm not so sure if we made the right decision, since we still have the same issues...Desired Settlement: I just want our furnace to work properly.... I would like to have Hunsberger Mechanical LLC fix the furnace and then we will be done with it. I won't worry with contacting him anymore in the future.
