Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] This here is a reply to the letter from William Hunsinger this man is a pathological liar from the first conversation that I ever had with him less than six months ago he misrepresented himselffraudulently saying he had over years experience as a contractorIn fact I believe it's even wrote on his construction trailerIn fact less than three years ago this man was working full time for ameatpacking company called [redacted] from Wyalusing PennsylvaniaIn fact more than years out of the last years this man has been working as a common labor at one manufacturer or another in ourarea full-time not as a contractorThis man fraudulently bid on work at my home that he neither had the know-how nor skill to completeAs far as his son goes which has nothing to do with this projectI made a $deal with him to install to round exhaust fans in my home I was in the hospital and my wife came home one afternoon from seeing me and was told by his son that he installed a square exhaust fannedin the bathroom they were not even supposed to be in the house they were supposed to be doing my roofAnd William Hunsinger was supposed to be present or the doors were supposed to be lockedWhen my wife came homeWilliam Hunsinger wasn't nowhere to be found and his son and another worker was inside my home installing the wrong fan I also have tools missing which I believe they stole that week why I was in the hospitalI even question themI will send you pictures of his good job after he installed the second fanned in my back bathroomHe should've installed them both the same day Being that they only take about a half hour of peaceAfter my wife got home they all of a sudden had to leave and it was early [fishy] Anyhow when he installed the second fanned he came back and presented me with a bill 50% more than what he quoted for round fansI wrote him out a check and told him to leave my house and to not come backHis father invites him back to my house the next day without telling me or my wife that he had did this his son walked intomy home without knocking or saying hello or anything I never knew he was in my house until heard him clear out by the bathroom area as soon as I heard him speak I know he was in my home I immediately got out of my chairand I asked him what are you doing in my home he rushed at me trying to push me out of the way I grabbed a hold of him and pointed him towards the door and told him to leave my house again his father come from across the room and got in between us in which this intruder tried to swing at me two or three additional times I told him to get out of my home again in which finally did ripping my front door open and damaging that in the processAt which time he got into his vehicle ripping it backwards and I believe that he bumped the bumper of my Challenger and damaging that and that he spun out of my driveway.At which time he called the police and said that I harassed him as if he didn't instigate the whole thingI took him to court for the fans and won that case then I pleaded not guilty to the harassment chargesand won that case also in the first case with the fans that was when I first realized that William Hunsinger was very dishonest while we were in the courtroom him and his associates are told one lie after another.After I won the harassment case I spoke to the state trooper O'Boyle in which he told me that his son fraudulently come to him saying that he was injured in the altercation the trooper O'Malley told me not to worrythat he was not going to stand behind him on these charges he also says that he would be commiting fraud if he tried to file against me thank God for good State PoliceAfter speaking to him he told me to goto the County investigator's office and tell him what happened in our homeSo we did and he suggested that we get papers and fill them out and turn them into the District Attorney's OfficeThe district attorneyhas filed trust passing unlawful entry harassment and assault both physically and verbally he may try to fight these charges at which time I will ask for maximum penalty hopefully involving some jail timeThis is wherethis intruder belongsI never lost my temper during this whole time but yet this fraudulent liar accuses me of that in this letter also I thought you had to agree to a thing that everything that you said in your replyhad to be truthful this man is lied all the way through this which doesn't surprise meback to why I'm suing this man here in a short time when I was in the courtroom suing them over the fans that were improperly installedthat was when I realized that William Hunsinger and his associates were all a pack of liars they committed perjury time and time again in the courtroomOn the way home I told my wife that I was going to be getting a hold of anothercontractor to have him check all the work that was done on my home because I knew if he would lie like that in a court of law that he would definitely lie a lot worse to me at which he didThis fraud told us thathe installed all the traps properly in our drainage system even told us how he insulated underneath it when the other contractor came to look at it he looked at everything his expression was oh my God"He told usthat when you install a steel roof unheated building you use furring strips which he did notHe installed our roof during a rainstorm Which the other contractor could not believeI had the other contractor look at the roofand from the ground he could see the some of the screws were not set properly which I will send you pictures of these there was also other screws that were missing he also said about 50% of the screws were either not in far enough or were stripped outHe said the fix to this is taking the whole roof off putting down furring strips and then reinstalling it properlyThey did not channel properly around my vents and because of thiswater puddles the contractor also says it is just a matter of time and probably short time before it starts leaking here another case where William Hunsinger construction company committed fraud because they did notknow how to properly install my roof so he should have never submitted a bidOkay let's get to the insurance claim I had a water damaging event at my home in which I call the insurance company andService Pro showed up to take a look at my damage and they placed a bid on this being that I had already hired Hunsinger construction for my roof I thought that I would ask him for a bid on the water damage alsoat which time he submitted one telling me that he had done a bunch of bathrooms prior to thisI also told him that the insurance company did not cover the plumbing so I would have to do this myselfHe said no problemthat he would do this for free that there was lots of extra money in his bid for this and this is why I hired him in the first place to do this workWhich this was done in properly to because every water source in our home froze up this winter during those two cold days we had in February so just another fraudulent statement from a pathological liarAs far as any work that he did in my washroom area he was told not todo anything until it was approved he says he uses material but this is another lie he use my ply board My my finished flooring boardhe also used of my two by fours on the bathroom project which he said he would replace but never did and all he used pieces of three-quarter ply board pieces of finished board and two by fours all of which he never replaceI also had to do all of my own electrical work the tour my walls down why the power was life and never turned it off and they left for the weekend early because they wanted to go four wheelingFinally that Monday they show up and start up the wallswith my studs of course and did nothing with the wiringSo that afternoon I asked his son if he had any electrical material on his truck at which time I bought boxes and why are and other devices to completethe wiring around my bathroom area I also bought a smoke alarm off this man and realize later that it was used and was fraudulently told that it was brand-newI completed this project and being he wants to chargethat for stuff they either said he would do for free or was not supposed to do it all I will put a cost on this I worked on this project for about hours at $an hour this is $plus $for materialthis comes to $for electrical work aloneI also had to replace the gas line propane gas and this comes with a story to the first Friday that they were on my project they had this one employee of histhat was gutting the inside of the bathroom at which he broke everything that was in there including toilet sink bathtub everything exhaust fan towel rack paper to toilet roll holder everything mirror with medicine cabinetand when they left that afternoon he left the trail of screws and slivers and pieces of wood and pieces of plaster and he also let the back door wide open my wife and I had run downtown for a few minutes and when we got backthey had left the door was wide open it was raining no cleanup at all we had to clean it all up ourselvesThat following Monday they came back to my house and I told MrHunsinger to remove this man from my property.He said he couldn't do that right away because he would have to leave to the assured me that he would remove him at lunchtime and he would keep a good I am I set all right to this I guess I tried to keep an eye on him to.So much for me not want to protect my own property them saying that they could just go trample over my stuff and not protected I actually ran a man off because of thisWhile the next day in the morning two of his workerssaid they smelled gas underneath our house while they were under their Wednesday Thursday and Friday I was under on Saturday with running a convenience receptacle and there was no gas smellWhen they talked aboutthe gas smell I went around searching for when I came to where the tank connects to the house I found that the connection was only finger tight so I tightened it up and didn't spell gas anymoreThen I looked underneath the houseand I can see his intruder son ripping at my gas line underneath my stove at which he tore it is so hard even broke the bracket inside the house he said this is where the smell was coming from like father like son liars.These gas connections were checked by my gas supply company less than two years ago and I will send you a copy of the test I believe that the on my gas line was loosened intentionally by a disgruntled employee thathe not only didn't get him off my property I believe he told him that I was putting them off my property but this was the end of October and it was going to get cold soon I asked him from day one to protect my stuffI should've put them all on the job that day but already had the down payment from my roofand from the water damage which was about $I had given him the check for the down payment on the roof about a month prior and I will send you a copy of the contract which was signed a month prior it even says ASAPon the contractOn the contract and also has the gutters on their to another one of his lies in this letterHe actually started to water damage before he did the roofI notice on the contract that he fraudulently dated at 9/when the contract was signed on 9/20/that was the day I gave him the check he cashed it before 9/30/Okay to this shower the reason we didn't get a shower was also the contractor's fault there wasn't enough roomIn our bathroom for a shower so this is another one of his made up lies you get used to it after a while not really the showers we looked at his supply house were more money than the bathtub so he hasno complaints thereOnto the sewer pipe he broke the sewer pipe himself and I paid for the material to fix it and he wants to charge before that toMy wife said while that she needs to charge them for the day she foundhis son's kid setting in our living room with TV controller in his fan watching TV she babysitting them all day long they didn't ask they just said is this all right or we'll have to leave the job to take him elsewhere.I would say that would bow cover hundred dollars anymore considering the price of childcare all right onto the installation my wife saw them one day removed for the six bundles of insulation from our home I didn't thinknothing of it at the time but now I believe they probably did not insulate the whole bottom of my house they probably cheated me there toThe pieces of insulation that I talked had set out in the rain and got wet.He also said that I could have them that they didn't need them anymore and they were just going to throw it away anyway and now he wants to try to charge me for him hereWhen they were doing my plumbing which I helped the whole waythey use my right angle drill my auger bits my whole Saws I just should've done it myself because these people were not qualified to do it in the first placeThey stalled to packs of garbage bags six roles of paper towels bountyone climb inch screwdriver to peer channel locks gallons of dextran antifreeze a gallon container of motor oilI also help the whole time that they were here help them remove garbage even help them installmy eaves troughsHere are some not bet you never seen before watching people cut drywall with a skill saw that shows the skill level of this company Google it and see what you see I know more about drywallingthen this fraudulent contractor does just from watching YouTubeThe way I hear in our area these people have screwed a lot of people unfortunately they were working for somebody at the end of the road that wasn't awareof this yetWe've talked to some of our friends downtown in the area and heard that these people have been running around town bad mouthing us and all we have done for these people is good we paid our bills everythingand got way below professional quality work and return we've showed pictures around town from me and my other contractor everybody's starting to see what kind of people these people areAs far as the washroom he was toldnot to do anything in that room prior to approval I was tearing up the floor myselfI went down to to get my new hot water heater which it caused the damage in the first place and when I got back I seen he had finishedtearing up the floor and put down a piece of my three-quarter ply board and my finished board which he was not supposed to do any of this work and I will not pay him one cent for any of it! I see he mentions karl in thisletter I do not know the man but I am going to go over and see him to tell him some of the stuff that they said about him on my project they said he was hard to work for but they didn't mind because they charged him through the nose.I'm sure he would like to know this and I will get over there to tell him that's to this is not just about me and my wife anymore and the unprofessional work that they did on our home I should reword that is fraudulent.It is about our whole community I've seen them work in a few places in our area I've already put a stop to want and I will put a stop to everyone I see them working just by showing them pictures and how they did us.I think most people that they deal with just say the hell with it it's not worth it to deal with these frauds but I work as a electrician my whole life and people like this give good contractors a bad nameI believe thatthis is one you should sink your teeth into you will deftly be doing our community a great serviceThere is another thing I got out of the hospital on a Thursday afternoon I came home they were not aware that I was out of thehospital the next morning my wife's parents came to take us down to Home Depot to pick up flooring at a cost to me of $which he was supposed to pay for anyhow we got home late Friday afternoon at about o'clock this is almost darkhis intruder son and another one of his employees drove down our driveway I don't think they realized we were home because our cars had moved there normally well cleaned up by this time this day I believe they got caught in the actonce they realized they were home they had to come inside and do something they installed one piece of drywall and left David Lee that day until almost o'clock this is really fishyNow I think about all of this stuff I am going to take this up to the county detectives office and see what he has to say about this I believe maybe he might press fraud charges or or I will push for this he purposely tried to affect our health by not installing a trapin our shower at which he described in detail that he did as a matter of fact a few days after they left the job one of his employees came to drop off a four wheeler that I had made a deal with him for my son was presentwhen he said yeah he deftly installed the track we were asking him what the smell was in the house he said it was construction adhesive this whole company is a bunch of frauds and I really need you to help me to put a stopto this contracting company I will do my part as of civil suit and contacting the Pennsylvania license Bureau hopefully I can have their license removed or at least have them take a test to determine that they are qualifiedto even be a contractorI would like it if you would try to make it a point to come to our home because the pictures of this awful work that I'm going to send you does not do it justice is a lot worse than it looks in the pictures

This here is a reply to the letter from William Hunsinger this man is a pathological liar from the first conversation that I ever had with him less than six months ago he misrepresented himselffraudulently saying he had over 20 years experience as a contractor. In fact I believe it's even wrote on his construction trailer. In fact less than three years ago this man was working full time for ameatpacking company called [redacted] from Wyalusing Pennsylvania. In fact more than 15 years out of the last 20 years this man has been working as a common labor at one manufacturer or another in ourarea full-time not as a contractor. This man fraudulently bid on work at my home that he neither had the know-how nor skill to complete. As far as his son goes which has nothing to do with this projectI made a $300 deal with him to install to round exhaust fans in my home I was in the hospital and my wife came home one afternoon from seeing me and was told by his son that he installed a square exhaust fannedin the bathroom they were not even supposed to be in the house they were supposed to be doing my roof. And William Hunsinger was supposed to be present or the doors were supposed to be locked. When my wife came homeWilliam Hunsinger wasn't nowhere to be found and his son and another worker was inside my home installing the wrong fan I also have tools missing which I believe they stole that week why I was in the hospitalI even question them. I will send you pictures of his good job after he installed the second fanned in my back bathroom. He should've installed them both the same day Being that they only take about a half hour of peace. After my wife got home they all of a sudden had to leave and it was early [fishy] Anyhow when he installed the second fanned he came back and presented me with a bill 50% more than what he quoted for round fans. I wrote him out a check and told him to leave my house and to not come back. His father invites him back to my house the next day without telling me or my wife that he had did this his son walked intomy home without knocking or saying hello or anything I never knew he was in my house until heard him clear out by the bathroom area as soon as I heard him speak I know he was in my home I immediately got out of my chairand I asked him what are you doing in my home he rushed at me trying to push me out of the way I grabbed a hold of him and pointed him towards the door and told him to leave my house again his father come from across the room and got in between us in which this intruder tried to swing at me two or three additional times I told him to get out of my home again in which finally did ripping my front door open and damaging that in the process. At which time he got into his vehicle ripping it backwards and I believe that he bumped the bumper of my 2012 Challenger and damaging that and that he spun out of my driveway.At which time he called the police and said that I harassed him as if he didn't instigate the whole thing. I took him to court for the fans and won that case then I pleaded not guilty to the harassment chargesand won that case also in the first case with the fans that was when I first realized that William Hunsinger was very dishonest while we were in the courtroom him and his associates are told one lie after another.After I won the harassment case I spoke to the state trooper O'Boyle in which he told me that his son fraudulently come to him saying that he was injured in the altercation the trooper O'Malley told me not to worrythat he was not going to stand behind him on these charges he also says that he would be commiting fraud if he tried to file against me thank God for good State Police. After speaking to him he told me to goto the County investigator's office and tell him what happened in our home. So we did and he suggested that we get papers and fill them out and turn them into the District Attorney's Office. The district attorneyhas filed trust passing unlawful entry harassment and assault both physically and verbally he may try to fight these charges at which time I will ask for maximum penalty hopefully involving some jail time. This is wherethis intruder belongs. I never lost my temper during this whole time but yet this fraudulent liar accuses me of that in this letter also I thought you had to agree to a thing that everything that you said in your replyhad to be truthful this man is lied all the way through this which doesn't surprise me. back to why I'm suing this man here in a short time when I was in the courtroom suing them over the fans that were improperly installedthat was when I realized that William Hunsinger and his associates were all a pack of liars they committed perjury time and time again in the courtroom. On the way home I told my wife that I was going to be getting a hold of anothercontractor to have him check all the work that was done on my home because I knew if he would lie like that in a court of law that he would definitely lie a lot worse to me at which he did. This fraud told us thathe installed all the traps properly in our drainage system even told us how he insulated underneath it when the other contractor came to look at it he looked at everything his expression was oh my God". He told usthat when you install a steel roof unheated building you use furring strips which he did not. He installed our roof during a rainstorm Which the other contractor could not believe. I had the other contractor look at the roofand from the ground he could see the some of the screws were not set properly which I will send you pictures of these there was also other screws that were missing he also said about 50% of the screws were either not in far enough or were stripped out. He said the fix to this is taking the whole roof off putting down furring strips and then reinstalling it properly. They did not channel properly around my vents and because of thiswater puddles the contractor also says it is just a matter of time and probably short time before it starts leaking here another case where William Hunsinger construction company committed fraud because they did notknow how to properly install my roof so he should have never submitted a bid. Okay let's get to the insurance claim I had a water damaging event at my home in which I call the insurance company andService Pro showed up to take a look at my damage and they placed a bid on this being that I had already hired Hunsinger construction for my roof I thought that I would ask him for a bid on the water damage alsoat which time he submitted one telling me that he had done a bunch of bathrooms prior to this. I also told him that the insurance company did not cover the plumbing so I would have to do this myself. He said no problemthat he would do this for free that there was lots of extra money in his bid for this and this is why I hired him in the first place to do this work. Which this was done in properly to because every water source in our home froze up this winter during those two cold days we had in February so just another fraudulent statement from a pathological liar. As far as any work that he did in my washroom area he was told not todo anything until it was approved he says he uses material but this is another lie he use my ply board My my finished flooring board. he also used 10 of my two by fours on the bathroom project which he said he would replace but never did and all he used 2 pieces of three-quarter ply board 4 pieces of finished board and 10 two by fours all of which he never replace. I also had to do all of my own electrical work the tour my walls down why the power was life and never turned it off and they left for the weekend early because they wanted to go four wheeling. Finally that Monday they show up and start up the wallswith my studs of course and did nothing with the wiring. So that afternoon I asked his son if he had any electrical material on his truck at which time I bought boxes and why are and other devices to completethe wiring around my bathroom area I also bought a smoke alarm off this man and realize later that it was used and was fraudulently told that it was brand-new. I completed this project and being he wants to chargethat for stuff they either said he would do for free or was not supposed to do it all I will put a cost on this I worked on this project for about 10 hours at $90 an hour this is $900 plus $345 for materialthis comes to $1245 for electrical work alone. I also had to replace the gas line propane gas and this comes with a story to the first Friday that they were on my project they had this one employee of histhat was gutting the inside of the bathroom at which he broke everything that was in there including toilet sink bathtub everything exhaust fan towel rack paper to toilet roll holder everything mirror with medicine cabinetand when they left that afternoon he left the trail of screws and slivers and pieces of wood and pieces of plaster and he also let the back door wide open my wife and I had run downtown for a few minutes and when we got backthey had left the door was wide open it was raining no cleanup at all we had to clean it all up ourselves. That following Monday they came back to my house and I told Mr. Hunsinger to remove this man from my property.He said he couldn't do that right away because he would have to leave to the assured me that he would remove him at lunchtime and he would keep a good I am I set all right to this I guess I tried to keep an eye on him to.So much for me not want to protect my own property them saying that they could just go trample over my stuff and not protected I actually ran a man off because of this. While the next day in the morning two of his workerssaid they smelled gas underneath our house while they were under their Wednesday Thursday and Friday I was under on Saturday with running a convenience receptacle and there was no gas smell. When they talked aboutthe gas smell I went around searching for when I came to where the tank connects to the house I found that the connection was only finger tight so I tightened it up and didn't spell gas anymore. Then I looked underneath the houseand I can see his intruder son ripping at my gas line underneath my stove at which he tore it is so hard even broke the bracket inside the house he said this is where the smell was coming from like father like son liars.These gas connections were checked by my gas supply company less than two years ago and I will send you a copy of the test I believe that the on my gas line was loosened intentionally by a disgruntled employee thathe not only didn't get him off my property I believe he told him that I was putting them off my property but this was the end of October and it was going to get cold soon I asked him from day one to protect my stuff. I should've put them all on the job that day but already had the down payment from my roofand from the water damage which was about $6000. I had given him the check for the down payment on the roof about a month prior and I will send you a copy of the contract which was signed a month prior it even says ASAPon the contract. On the contract and also has the gutters on their to another one of his lies in this letter. He actually started to water damage before he did the roof. I notice on the contract that he fraudulently dated at 9/30 15 when the contract was signed on 9/20/15 that was the day I gave him the check he cashed it before 9/30/15. Okay to this shower the reason we didn't get a shower was also the contractor's fault there wasn't enough roomIn our bathroom for a shower so this is another one of his made up lies you get used to it after a while not really the showers we looked at his supply house were more money than the bathtub so he hasno complaints there. Onto the sewer pipe he broke the sewer pipe himself and I paid for the material to fix it and he wants to charge before that to. My wife said while that she needs to charge them for the day she foundhis son's kid setting in our living room with TV controller in his fan watching TV she babysitting them all day long they didn't ask they just said is this all right or we'll have to leave the job to take him elsewhere.I would say that would bow cover hundred dollars anymore considering the price of childcare all right onto the installation my wife saw them one day removed for the six bundles of insulation from our home I didn't thinknothing of it at the time but now I believe they probably did not insulate the whole bottom of my house they probably cheated me there to. The 3 pieces of insulation that I talked had set out in the rain and got wet.He also said that I could have them that they didn't need them anymore and they were just going to throw it away anyway and now he wants to try to charge me for him here. When they were doing my plumbing which I helped the whole waythey use my right angle drill my auger bits my whole Saws I just should've done it myself because these people were not qualified to do it in the first place. They stalled to 30 packs of garbage bags six roles of paper towels bountyone climb 6 inch screwdriver to peer channel locks 2 gallons of dextran antifreeze a 6 gallon container of 1030 motor oil. I also help the whole time that they were here help them remove garbage even help them installmy eaves troughs. Here are some not bet you never seen before watching people cut drywall with a skill saw that shows the skill level of this company Google it and see what you see I know more about drywallingthen this fraudulent contractor does just from watching YouTube. The way I hear in our area these people have screwed a lot of people unfortunately they were working for somebody at the end of the road that wasn't awareof this yet. We've talked to some of our friends downtown in the area and heard that these people have been running around town bad mouthing us and all we have done for these people is good we paid our bills everythingand got way below professional quality work and return we've showed pictures around town from me and my other contractor everybody's starting to see what kind of people these people are. As far as the washroom he was toldnot to do anything in that room prior to approval I was tearing up the floor myself. I went down to to get my new hot water heater which it caused the damage in the first place and when I got back I seen he had finishedtearing up the floor and put down a piece of my three-quarter ply board and my finished board which he was not supposed to do any of this work and I will not pay him one cent for any of it! I see he mentions karl in thisletter I do not know the man but I am going to go over and see him to tell him some of the stuff that they said about him on my project they said he was hard to work for but they didn't mind because they charged him through the nose.I'm sure he would like to know this and I will get over there to tell him that's to this is not just about me and my wife anymore and the unprofessional work that they did on our home I should reword that is fraudulent.It is about our whole community I've seen them work in a few places in our area I've already put a stop to want and I will put a stop to everyone I see them working just by showing them pictures and how they did us.I think most people that they deal with just say the hell with it it's not worth it to deal with these frauds but I work as a electrician my whole life and people like this give good contractors a bad name. I believe thatthis is one you should sink your teeth into you will deftly be doing our community a great service. There is another thing I got out of the hospital on a Thursday afternoon I came home they were not aware that I was out of thehospital the next morning my wife's parents came to take us down to Home Depot to pick up flooring at a cost to me of $600 which he was supposed to pay for anyhow we got home late Friday afternoon at about 5 o'clock this is almost darkhis intruder son and another one of his employees drove down our driveway I don't think they realized we were home because our cars had moved there normally well cleaned up by this time this day I believe they got caught in the actonce they realized they were home they had to come inside and do something they installed one piece of drywall and left David Lee that day until almost 6 o'clock this is really fishy. Now I think about all of this stuff I am going to take this up to the county detectives office and see what he has to say about this I believe maybe he might press fraud charges or or I will push for this he purposely tried to affect our health by not installing a trapin our shower at which he described in detail that he did as a matter of fact a few days after they left the job one of his employees came to drop off a four wheeler that I had made a deal with him for my son was presentwhen he said yeah he deftly installed the track we were asking him what the smell was in the house he said it was construction adhesive this whole company is a bunch of frauds and I really need you to help me to put a stopto this contracting company I will do my part as of civil suit and contacting the Pennsylvania license Bureau hopefully I can have their license removed or at least have them take a test to determine that they are qualifiedto even be a contractor. I would like it if you would try to make it a point to come to our home because the pictures of this awful work that I'm going to send you does not do it justice is a lot worse than it looks in the pictures.
