listing their rights and responsibilities and the procedures to follow to voice any concerns and grievances.We encourage our clients to express concerns, dissatisfaction or make complaints about Services they receive or do not receive without fear or reprisal or discrimination. HUNT COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICES encourages each client to discuss all concerns and complaints with the Administrator.HUNT COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICES has a formal grievance procedure that ensures that client concerns will be reviewed and investigation started within 48 hours. Every attempt is made to resolve all grievances within 14 days.
