Review: I placed an order for 1 x Duck Commander's Premier Official Lithograph Hand Signed and Numbered on October 22nd for $50.00 + sales tax and shipping for a total of $68.80 USD. The payment cleared on October 23rd. I still have not received my artwork as of October 31st.I contacted Hunt Studio by phone (###-###-####) on Monday, October 27th, and I spoke to a female associate to ask when would my order ship. She stated my order was shipping that day (Monday), and I will receive it by Tuesday. She also stated she was going to provide tracking and did not. I contacted Hunt Studio again by phone on Thursday. October 30th, and I spoke to a female associate who stated that my order is ready for pickup and will ship out today (Thursday, October 30th). She again stated she was going to provide tracking. As of Friday, October 31st, I have still not received my order or a tracking number. My order still shows awaiting fulfillment as of October 31st.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $68.80 for the artwork that I paid for, but I never received. If I do not receive a full refund by Friday, November 7th, I will also contact law enforcement and file a criminal complaint.
Review: I ordered a $500.00 print in July for a birthday gift. It is 2 months later and have not received the print. I have called and left messages. None have been returned. I have called 4 times and talked to employees who always say they will look into it but never call back. I have asked for a refund and haven't heard back from them. I would still love to have the print, it is for someone that this would be very appreciated. If they don't have the print or for some reason can't send it to me then I expect a full refund if I could just get an employee that could help me.Desired Settlement: I would like the print or a refund.

We were in conversation with Mr. [redacted] on 9/18/14 and has been informed that we had a back order on the material, which delayed the framing of his print. We spoke with Mr [redacted] on 8/18/14 and advised him that his order will be shipped on 9/19/14 via UPS. The tracking number for his order is 1z237y3f[redacted]3. Should Mr. [redacted] have any additional questions he may call the office @ ###-###-####.
