No contact w/ company after repeated requests
I have received legal papers saying that I was being sued for a debt that I admit that I owe
I have the funds to pay it!!!!
I have sent no fewer than FIVE emails letting them know this, and have REPEATEDLY asked for them to email me with an address so I know where to send the money
I have heard NOTHING from them
All I want is for them to email me, telling them where to send the money, to whom to make the check out to, and a written and noterized letter, telling me that my balance is $

Displeased with this company's lack of business ethic and rude and inaccurate communication
This company sued me regarding an old debt and I believe won the case as to I had not received and correspondenceI had set up a payment arrangement with the company awhile back and they were taking the payment monthly from my checking accountI was under the impression they would take payments up until the debt was paid in full when I received a lien on my bank account as well as my mothers accountI filed paperwork on my mothers behalf and the funds were releasedI had since contacted the company and they were very rude stating people usually call and want to pay once a levy has been placed with a very cocky attitudeThey also told me that they called my contact number twice and the line was disconnected or someone hung up on them and this is untrueNo messages were left and there was no mail correspondenceThey only mail I received was from the court showing a zero balance leading m
