review of the Drivewise device damage reimbursement request for Ms. [redacted], as well as the documentation provided, the request has been approved. The reimbursement of $484.00 is being processed on 12/30/15, and a reimbursement check will be issued on 12/31/15. Ms. [redacted] should expect to receive the check in 7-10 business days from 12/31/15. Please note that since reimbursement was paid due to device damage, the 2010 Honda Accord is no longer eligible to participate in the Drivewise program.”
