We bought a Hunter Labs Colorimeter and paid for extended service They were supposed to be on-site this month (June) to service our equipment I have sent emails to them repeatedly and they do not respond Our equipment had to be tagged out of service and cannot be used until they come on-site This is affecting our business as the instrument is needed for an analysis They finally responded after I told them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com but they will not be on-site until the middle of July
