The enclosed compliant is from someone who was getting all the information second hand from his wife There are so many errors in the note from the husband that I do not choose to respond to each and every error I will state that I have witnesses that will agree with me that the lady was yelling and would not settle down My assistant manager and then my manager tried to explain that she got what she requestedScript font for the husband's name When she came to pick up the items she did not like how they looked The girls explained to her that she got what she asked for and there was nothing we could do She got louder and louder so much that I came out from the back I could hear what was going on before I even came out She continued to get louder and I ASKED her to take her products and leave She refused! She continued on and on and called me a racist! That is when I told her to leave my store She was just short of screaming I told her in years I have only had to call the police twice I did not want to but she was not going to leave I called the police and she finally walked out.That is the end of the matter with one exception I do not like being threaten I will remind the two people that slander will not be allowed verbally or in writing and I will bring a lawsuit which I will win They better not say or print anything that is NOT TRUE! I do not want either of them in my store ever again We are a family orientated store with years of loyal friendly customersI will not waste anymore time on this issue[redacted] ** Classic Uniforms

The one who sent you the complaint is correct on most things Classic Uniforms has been in business for 24+ years We try our best to serve our customers with great service and a quality product at fair prices We have done this with a few exceptions over the years The lady and her husband did order the coats before and got them embroidered They placed a new order for the same coat and asked for script lettering They were sent to our monogrammer and they were personalized with her name See the attached I will also send again in a separate email She did not like the font used this time and wanted them changed or to look exactly like the older coats from several years ago If you remove embroidery it takes the coat with it ie: ruins the coats There are hundreds of script fonts and hundreds of block fonts We do basic script and basic block We have also used different companies over the years to embroider for us If the lady wanted the exact font as before she should have taken the coats to a embroider of her choice and show them what she wants exactly That being said:I will replace the coats and refund the embroidery costs!!! But, I do not want her or her husband as a customer going forward I will not embroider anything for them again Please advise as to what I should do[redacted] Classic Uniforms
