Dear Revdex.com,In response to this complaint, Mr***, made a second order with us prior to us coming out to look at the "damage" dishwasherWe made plans to come and look at the "damages" when we were going to delivery his second orderHowever, Mr[redacted] made the purchase of a new dishwasher, without us agreeing, prior to the delivery of his second orderProstone had made plans to come and access the needed repairs but Mr [redacted] did not give us adequate enough time or opportunity to do so, BEFORE buying a new dishwasher Mr [redacted] took it upon himself to purchase a new dishwasher without consulting with us first and wanted us to be responsible for the purchase as well as removal of the old dishwasher.Again, Prostone was never given an opportunity to come out and look at "damage dishwasher" before the new purchase had transpired.Once again, we realize the outcome may not have been what the customer expected and/or wantedHowever, given the limited time frame to respond to the damages, we feel our decision not to proceed was the best one for the companyBest regards, Prostone Granite

I am rejecting this response because: Pro Stone Granite made (zero) attempts to resolve the issue. I made all of the corresponding phone calls. I was continually told someone would get in touch with me. I trusted that it would be handled and placed a second order with the company. I was informed that the issue surrounding the damage to the dishwasher would be resolved when the Company came out with the second order. The owner and I had a pleasant 2nd visit, until the topic of the dishwasher came-up. I explained that his office had said the dishwasher would be picked-up and the issue would be resolved at this visit. One of the owner's came for the visit and indicated the office told him nothing about the dishwasher situation. He indicated he could not take the dishwasher in his small car and someone would contact me. No one has ever contacted me. Not once since this began. (horrific customer service) This was never about money this was only about doing the right thing. Issues happen with any Company from time to time. No reason for anxiety. The decision to replace the dishwasher was one we made as my wife did not want a broken scuffed, scratched dishwasher. She wanted just what she had before Pro Stone started. A brand new un-scratched, unbroken, unused dishwasher, so that is what I provided. This decision was irregardless of reimbursement. I no longer have time to go thru this he said/she said as it has been clear from the beginning. Pro Stone Granite is out for the money and takes no responsibility for damages they cause on the job. They said they wish to have the opportunity to repair the dishwasher. I asked them to repair the dishwasher. They told me they were not tin the dishwasher business. A reasonable solution might have been for Pro Stone to pick-up the dishwasher and take it to the local authorized BOSH repair center and have it repaired  to it's original condition. (The way it was prior to their damage). They never called or inquired to the situation. They only assured me it would be taken care of when I called each time. We were unable to wait for the weeks to transpire while repairs took place as we needed to put our kitchen back together. At this point I feel that the best way to handle this would be to simply contact their insurance Company and file a claim with them for damages incurred due to negligent workmanship. Please provide the name, address, policy number & phone number of Pro Stone Granite's insurance Company. We will file a claim and take the matter up with them.

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for your letter alerting us of the complaint filed by Mr.Lew [redacted]. We pride ourselves on responding to customers' concern and delivering great quality service.   In response to what was written, let me first start by saying Prostone Granite prides itself on delivering...

quality customer service and craftsmanship.   After speaking with our crew members they informed us that Mr. [redacted] insisted on us drilling a soap dispenser hole, into the granite. Mr. [redacted] disregarded  numerous attempts of us informing him it would damage the dishwasher, due to the location of the hole.  Mr. [redacted] then proceeded to tell us his wife wouldn't accept the job without the hole being placed. After we advised him on the negative outcome of drilling the hole he then proceeds to tell us to proceed and remove the dishwasher as well. We did the installation on January 31st, 2018.  Upon receiving the pictures we determined the damages done to dishwasher was acetone residue and could have been cleaned off with appliance cleaner/ polisher. We made an appointment for Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 to come out and see what we could do to repair the damages.  However, Mr. [redacted] took it upon himself to go and purchase a new dishwasher without allowing us to try and repair damages done to the old one.  He did so without even speaking with us or without giving us adequate amount of time to try and rectify the problem on our own. .Mr. [redacted] was unwilling to discuss any other arrangement besides demanding us to reimburse, at full price, for his old dishwasher and remove/dispose of the old one. We understand this outcome may not have been what is desirable for the customer. However, we feel it is not our responsibility to reimburse Mr. [redacted] for his old dishwasher without giving us an opportunity to try and fix it first.
