I scheduled to have a tech come out and identify the location of a major leak in a pool pipe. They sent someone out to tell me I did indeed have a broken line and charged me $99 to tell me what I already was aware of.
Julie informed me that for $90 per hour per man on the next visit they could tell me were it was and then they would fix it. So I am questioned why I needed to pay someone the $99 to confirm the obvious and then pay again to get the information I asked for.
I decided to call another company come out and identify the location the major leak. They came with everything they needed to do the job, gave me a fair estimate to complete the work ( not an hourly rate). I approved them to do the work and am very satisfied.
For some odd reason Julie S[redacted] thinks that the "diagnosis" they gave is the reason I called another company. I called her with a diagnosis -MY POOL HAD A BROKEN PIPE!! The next time I call a painter to come to paint a room I hope they don't charge me to tell my room needs to be painted.
I paid the $99. to hunter pools and will not be recommending them.
