We have spoken to customer and customer is satisfied.
Reached out to customer. Unfortunately, because we are under new ownership we no longer have records for this customer. We have given the customer all the appropriate phone numbers for them to contact.

I am rejecting this response because: nothing...
was certified as my car was advertised stating it was. My car is still unsafe to drive as I am now saving up for 4 new tires and brakes/break pads and a touch up on rust spot. I spoke with [redacted] and basically was laughed at saying if a car says certified, it doesnt mean it is.

I had all my paperwork with me when I initially went there and they didn't want to know nothing they told me to call [redacted]s attorney. maybe I should go back there in person with all my paperwork in hand. give them my phone number and they can call me [redacted] and we can set a time for me to meet them!
