This company signed a contract to build a pool in our backyardThe salesman *** *** lied about everythingHe lied about how long it woul take,Told us he had submitted the plan to the city for the permit and over a month later when I checked with the city because Herbs pool did not return calls or emails we found ou No plan had been submitted by them at allWe have since found out that everything the totally incompetent *** had said in his sales pitch was either wrong or a total lieHe brags about having years experience building pools ,but I don't believe he could build a sand castle on the beachBeware of these people, they took our money months ago and have not done anything to begin the pool building processI am now going to have to sue to get our money that they took backTalked to the owner who was abusive and rude and have decided that we are lucky they did not build our pool as I am sure it would have failed in short orderThis company is an all around terrible bunch of dishonest people who are in over their heads and I would say if they all pooled their collective intelligence could barely figure out how to dig a hole to begin withReally Really bad experience with Herbs PoolStay away
