It is my response to [redacted] response to my complaint!!I have inserted my responses to her points, and highlighted them in red If you are not able to open this, I can resend it opened alreadyThank you so much, and I sincerely hope you can persuade this woman to do the right thing, and forward the reimbursement check to me , so that I can begin to repair and restore my beautiful, ruined hats!!!She is trying to extort these photos of damaged hats from me, for misuses, and is holding the check as ransom!!!Please see attached Regards, [redacted]

Well, I did see her last photoThey appeared to be minorly dented such as picking up a hat by the crown, they pop right backShe will not share the bulk of the photos that would show the original packing was returned plus some extra acid free paper I useI seriously doubt the bulk of what she
clai** in regard to the damageAll she would have to do is show them even to another hat expert but she will notI don't understand much of what *** wrote as undervalued for insurance but overvalued for insuranceI've been in business years and I've not had any proble** with my millinery collective membersStaff and myself agreed when her boxes arrived they were not new and some we would not even put out on the salesfloorHer original plastic bags were returned with one hat in each one except for one bag which I found later had dropped between the box and the wall but that hat was wrapped in lots of tissues to support it in an architecturally stable manner of stuffing about inches by which was made up for with lots of my tissue-If she wants me to redirect the funds then I suspect she would send the photos to prove her point but she is emotionally overwhelmed it see** and takes the approach her words should overrule any burden of proof* said she was home waiting for the delivery, if they got wet that should also be evident by looking at a photoI packed the hats in all of her original packing materialEvery artist boxes are stored in *** office on shelving near the ceiling with original packing and wrapping paperEven on an international basis we have never had any claim the original packing was not usedI'm not sure what else to add except this is the only complaint in my 4+decades in business of this natureThank you, *** *** ***

Please pass on to *** that I will be contacting the Attorney Generals Office of Texas!!! I will not be extorted for photos, which she will misuse on social media, on top of $3,worth of my beautiful hand made hats damaged, because she couldn't be bothered to pack in plastic bags provided.She continually has reminded me that SHE is in control of the reimbursement check, and if I do not give her my damage photos, she will not forward the check to me,and is now threatening with a fraud claim!!! This has gotten so far out of control, and so infuriating!! I am enclosing photos of her brown paper in ALL three boxes that SHE packed for return, and shipped GROUND!!!The cheapest and most destructive way!! As for her lie about no invoice for the value, that is pure unadulterated southern bull manure!! Below, see my original invoice to her that was packed in with the hatsMy retail price IS her wholesale price!!! Guess she is also disappointed that she would not be getting my hats for a bargain price!!!UPS has already ruled in my favor, and whatever the amount is, will not even come close to the time it will take to restore them, IF they can be restored!!! Her mounting lies and fabricated stories are a desperate effort to mitigate her liability, if I decide to sue her!! Sadly, all she really needs to do is apologize for her carelessness, and forward whatever pittance she has insured my hats for!!! I am completely out of patience with her devious , and desperate behavior!! How people can think that they can cause someone damages, and try to tun the tables against the victim is pure evil, and comes with karma and consequences!! Clearly, *** *** has never learned that life lessonI have been left out in the cold by UPS, as they will not inform me of whether or not they have issued a reimbursement check, or for how much. Lie#1: Hats were NOT packed in their plastic bags!! END OF STORY!!!!!!!! THIS is the crux of the problem!!Lie#2: Shifting the entire blame to UPS!! BOTH are equally to blame!!!Lie#3: They should have gotten a reimbursement check by now!! Hope Revdex.com can get UPS to provide this information.Lie#4: *** has already told me she will use them to refute my claim to her lawyer I also know she will and can use them on social media, and continue her claim that my hats are below standard,and came to her in their damaged condition, just to wiggle out of her responsibility!!Lie#5: *** from the delivery of these hats, has my invoice and value of the hats!!! Why she didn’t use it and “guesstimated” and over valued my hats is beyond me.Lie#6: My wholesale price IS my retail online price I delisted those hats from my online shop when I shipped them to herDid she really think she’d get them for half price? She boasts to selling to celebrities all the time!! A $500-hat is not out of the realm of reason.Lie#7: UPS has kept her in the loop from the clai** inception!! IF she got a claim for the third box recently, it is because I had to resubmit that group of photos in a smaller file, that did not make it through the first time

***' claim is n red / Hatbox response is in (blue):The hats that were returned to me via UPS, and damaged for the lack of using the provided plastic bags by ***, despite her lying that she did!! The boxes were left on my back porch in the pouring rain fro hours!!UPS never rang the door bell despite the big sign I left!! I unpacked the boxes and all she added was brown tissue paper.(We packed these hats, in the same manner, with the packing materials they were packed with, when *** sent them to us, and actually one of the boxes she sent to us was never opened or unpacked, so if she clai** all were packed improperly, one was packed by herThe issue is with UPS leaving the boxes in the pouring rain,) My damaged hat pictures were reviewed by UPS and ruled in my favor for $worth of insurance, which *** *** said she insured them for, which was far less the the $per box (of them) that I instructed her to do*** is now trying to extort these pictures from me, and will not forward the damage reimbursement check to me(we have not received any payment from UPS) I will NEVER send her those photos, as I know she will misuse them to mitigate her responsibility and negligence of hasty, careless packing(If what she says is true, how could we misuse the photos?) She has insulted my work, and said they were "shop worn" I do not own a shop, and no one ever touches them in my live/work studio!! She is now accusing ME of fraud, yet she is the one keeping my check, and has blocked me from her email (we do not a check and have not blocked her from our email)UPS will not get involvedI have also alerted them to the fact that she overvalued my hats by $1,000.00, AND has the opportunity to cash that checkSo, not only has she damaged $3,worth of hats, but she is now able to make a tidy profit, and keep the money!!! (Again, we have not received any payment, or any documentation that UPS is issuing payment)I have proof of her email that she sent to UPS (we sent her this email), and My original invoice with their value to her when I shipped!!I have notified UPS of her over valuing!! (We valued the hats per UPS instruction to use the original invoice or her cost to repair, restore or replace plus the cost of the shipping*** would not most likely be limited to the amount of insurance coverage) This is NOT an honest person, and I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with her!!! (*** ***/Hatbox does not have a reputation of dishonesty on any level, at any time in her years of businessWe discontinued our business with *** when she proved herself dishonest when she sent her hats ti us to sell on consignment basis, and her wholesale pricing(to us) was higher then her listed retail prices on-line( this made it virtually impossible to sell her hats, which is why we returned them)She is also making the claim that we have received payment from UPS,when we have not.) Also, don't bother ever trying to get UPS to reimburse you either! (We are also very disappointed in UPS,who did not involve is in the claim process until after *** became angry and frustrated with them (over days after she had contacted them)We just received the third claim form from UPS, for the third box today,5/26/17). We have spoken to a millinery group, and apparently *** has a reputation of being somewhat over the top with her complaintsI regret extending the invitation to her to join my collective, but she when she stated that she wanted to quit her job in the fabric store and receive income from her hats and I wanted to help her achieve this

We can no longer dedicate our time to answer more and more of whatever *** comes up withI refuse to continually day after day week after week deal with her negative remarks about me personally or my companyWe have days that are packed with selling hats from our collective, engaging with the community in altruistic ways, outside hat shaping events for companies and a mirade of retail endeavours. We can't figure out how her providing us with photos could be misusedWhy not show us all the photos to prove what we did or did not doI can send the # for the attorney general if she likesI've filed with them recently regarding a lease problemReal nice folks over thereThey don't meditate so if *** wants to further contact us it should be through a third party. We can no longer dedicate our time to answer more and more of whatever [redacted] comes up with. I refuse to continually, day after day - week after week, deal with her negative remarks about me personally or my company. We have days that are packed with selling hats from our collective, engaging with the community in altruistic ways, hat shaping events for companies, and a myriad of retail endeavors. We can't figure out how her providing us with photos could be misused. Why not show us all the photos to prove what we did or did not do. I can send the phone number for the attorney general if she likes. I've filed with them recently regarding a lease problem. Real nice folks over there. They don't mediate, so if [redacted] wants to further contact us it should be through a third party. One final note: We have not received any money from UPS for her claim.Thank you,[redacted]
