I was admitted for pneumonia and flu last Friday july 6, 2018..they placed me to 5 west.

I have a very satisfactory stay ..the nurses were all wonderful and caring.
but when I was discharged last Sunday july8th , I found out one of my car left hubcap was missing..I just thought it was just moved accidentally while I was driving on the way to the hospital..but when I look closely to the rest of the hubcaps left, I saw all the marks and scratches which indicate that it was also attempted to be moved.
..I was park in front of f the hospital facing the street which made it easy target...hope security cameras can be useful at night ...and this experience will not happen again...

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and confirmed that he has no claims with Hunterdon Medical Center in Collections.His complaint is for billing from Hunterdon [redacted] who does their own billing.  Billing for that service is not done by my office.[redacted]Assistant...

Hospital Account # [redacted] Dear [redacted] We are in receipt of your letter on the above referenced patient with the Hunterdon Medical Center. We have been trying to reach the patient to review his Desired Settlement. Our Financial Customer Service Representative, [redacted]...

[redacted] has called [redacted] at [redacted] on 3/28/17 and left a voice mail, requesting he call us to discuss. He did not call us. So, Ms. W[redacted] called again on 3/30/17, and left a second voice mail, with no response. She called again on 4/11/17, [redacted] answered, and stated he was unable to talk and asked that she call back Thursday morning, 4/13/17. Ms. W[redacted] called again, and his phone message stated she could not leave a message, since the voice mail box is full. I’ve attached the account history for the above patient for your review. He had agreed on 6/30/16,to compile his paperwork, stating he would apply for Charity Care, and if he did not qualify, he would set up a payment plan. He never got back to us. His bill with us was $5,209.76, which we applied a Self-Pay discount of $2,083.90, leaving a patient responsibility of $3,125.86. The date of service for this bill is 4/13/15, and is now over 2 years old. We have tried to work with him, and he has been difficult to work out a payment arrangement with. Please advise how you would like us to proceed. We will need to resume Collection Agency activity by the end of this month, unless the patient sets up an agreeable payment arrangement, including a good faith payment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This patient ignored all hospital statements and phone calls from when 4/13/15 until 5/26/16, when his account was being worked by our Collection Agency. At that time he was extremely verbally abusive, but did promise to apply for Charity Care, and if he did not qualify, he would set up a payment arrangement. We never heard back from him, until this Revdex.com letter.

Review: I had a procedure done at the Hunterdon Medical Center more than a year ago. A few weeks ago I am contacted by a collection agency, without sending me a bill they decided to take me to collections years later. No one answers the phone, I cannot even find out if the bill is valid.Desired Settlement: I would like to get this squared away, I have no problems paying bills I just have a serious issue when someone attacks my credit rating without warning. I would like to know if the bill is valid first.
