Review: Corner of gutter was replaced two times and it still leaks.

Also, about 6 feet of the soffit material that was replaced is coming out.

Spoke to the owner, [redacted] several times. At first, he said it would be fixed. After 5 weeks of trying to set up a day and time for someone to come, my calls were not returned. Last call I made I left message saying I was going to the Revdex.com if he didn't call me back. That was 2 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: If the repair isn't made then I would like $300 so I can hire someone else to fix it.

Review: Last year [company] installed (2) very expensive, energy efficient, Patio Glass Sliding Doors.

One door was (is) very difficult to fully close.

After repeated visits by [company] problem not fixed, subsequent appointments were no-show and no followup.

A few weeks ago I contacted [company] for a free estimate to repair (2) small holes in the vinyl siding and made numerous appointments.

[company] appointments were no-show and no followup.

I also renewed previous problem with [redacted] Sliding Door.

[company's] owner refuses any follow-up.Desired Settlement: Correct the Patio Glass Sliding Door closing problem.

Honor 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Keep appointment for vinyl repair estimate.

Explain unprofessional cold-treatment, act like [company] wants my business.

The owner [redacted] has responded to the customer and has been working with him to fix all repairs to the patio doors as well as additional work with siding on the back of the customer's home. We are currently waiting for the siding which was custom ordered to come in.
