I am rejecting this response because: The owner was given an opportunity to earn!!! my business! when I purchased the stove and took it into my home. The stove failed to meet up to my standards and so has the business & its owners. This I hope shows the public the character of this business and its owners that they are trying to force defective equipment off on the public. I tried the product in good faith and it failed!!! I Returned to the store within 24hrs. & reported to [redacted] I was not satisfied with the stove & requested a full refund. His response was no I had to take the stove! Under what law can a business force a sale if property is returned undamaged in a reasonable amount of time !!! Resolution is a full refund!!!!

because: The business Hunter appliance is" lying" when they indicate I use the stove to heat my hold house. The stove went out within an hour of delivery. I went back to the store within 24hrs to request a refund because the stove was defective. I was told by [redacted] the representative of the store I could not receive a refund because all sales are final. Under what law does a person have to except a defective product? Under what law forces a person to deal with people who have no ethics? The foundation of business is trust. These people have failed miserably!!! "Full Refund."

I responded previously to this consumer. The stove was repaired. The consumer now has a working stove. I consider this complaint resolved.
