I really don't know what you want us to do. We are following the same protocol we have since we opened. She gave her day notice on 12/and we did service 1/8. We are not harassing her, we are asking for her to pay a bill she owes. If this was *** or *** I'm sure she wouldn't be harassing them like she is us

I am rejecting this response because:  In October 2014, I asked Hunters Services to cancel my service.  I was told to put it in writing.  I sent a certified letter to them, but it was returned as their advertised address in Paradise, CA,  on the internet was not the actual location of their main office.  After having received my email cancellation request on December 13, 2014, Hunters Services chose to send out a technician on the 27th day, i.e., January 8, 2015.  Thus, they already were aware that I was cancelling my service since October 2014, but chose to send out a technician anyway. Further, we never received a phone call, usually received the night before the technician would be coming out, for this service. This is an excellent example of their poor customer service.  We were customers of Hunters Services for approximately 3 years and had been satisfied with their service.  Something changed in 2014 and by the Fall of 2014, we expressed our dissatisfaction. When I spoke with [redacted], I asked to speak with the owner of Hunters Services.  She transferred me to the voicemail of [redacted], accounts rece[redacted]ble/accounts payable.  All of my previous conversations had been with [redacted] and she never indicated that she was the owner.  Nevertheless, I never received a phone call from anyone at Hunters after that.If this harassment continues, I will proceed with legal protection.

Customer gave a 30 day notice on 12/13/2014. We did her last service on January 8, 2015. She says she wanted to talk to the manager, [redacted] is the manager and that's who she was talking to. I sent out a copy of the contract page showing the 30 day notice. Oregon House is out of the way and I just can't...

write things off because someone doesn't want to pay it. The service was done, the gas and chemical was used. If Mrs. [redacted] is having money trouble and just can't afford it, I would of been more than happy to of worked something out with her.

Review: I have been a customer of Hunters for several years. They always provided excellent service. This past year, the service has changed. Last spring 2014, we began to receive bad/no service. This summer, we were told that a technician would come and do the quarterly pest spray. Usually when the technician comes, he leaves a yellow copy of the service tag. If we are not home, it is left in the door. Also, there is always a visible track of the spray on our deck. There was no yellow copy left, there was no visible spray on the deck, and a very obvious ant trail and wasp nest across from the door on our deck was still very much active. We were not home that day. We called Hunters and they insisted someone had been out, but they would send another employee, which they did. I was there for the technician and pointed out the very obvious ant trail and wasp nest, which he did spray. In October 2014, I took another call from a technician, who said he would be there the next day. I was home all that day and he never showed up. Two months later, on Dec 8, I received a call from Hunters saying that I needed to pay for October's visit. I told them no technician had come out and no invoice had been received by me. Again, I have been a paying customer for many years and had had no problem with them or paying for their service. The female office staff was incredibly rude and stated that she had a signed paper by me indicating that the technician had arrived and performed the service. I have never signed any document for service for all the years I have been their customer. I asked her what the name of the signature was and she said she could not make it out. She agreed to email me a copy. I asked her to close my account. She said I have to put in writing and it takes 30 days. Today I received an invoice for the Oct visit, dated Dec 10. I have not received a copy of the "signed" document. Something has changed at Hunters and I want my account closed.Desired Settlement: I want Hunters to close my account immediately, marked "paid," for services rendered through the summer of 2014 (the last service performed by Hunters. No service has been performed by Hunters since the summer of 2014.

June, 2014, I responded to an ad sent to me by Hunters Pest Control and agreed to a spray program every other month for 1 year beginning July 2014. My home was sprayed July, Sept., Nov of 2014. That was the last time we rec'd service until May 11, 2015 when a new serviceman came to spray. We were told the company had had some problems with the former serviceman, but were told we owed money for those months. I told him we hadn't gotten sprayed those months., I'm not paying for something not rec'd. Yesterday, July 7, I received a call from Hunters telling me I owed them for 2 months and, that the serviceman was due out today (the 8th) and I told the woman - no, do not send him and no, I did not get service and do not owe money for service I did not receive. I am very unhappy with this company also...as she was quite threatening in her insistence that I HAD to have service until I gave them 30 days written notice. I sure wasn't aware of that!!! So far, today, no serviceman has shown up. I would never recommend these people for anything. What a sloppy business.

Review: This company did not do the services requested. After talking to one of their representatives I was told I would have to specifically ask for those services. Which I did when I had a representative come out to my house. I explained what two pest types I wanted dealt with. The first person who came over was asked if they needed to come inside and they said no and just sprayed outside. How can you kill bugs inside if you only spray for them outside? You can't. I told them I no longer wanted their ineffective services and they still wanted more money from me even though they never did their job to begin with. Apparently they think they should be paid for not doing their job.Desired Settlement: Refund and removal from credit report. How can you charge someone for something when you don't hold up your end of the contract?

Review: I have been using Hunters pest control services since 2011. In 2014, their service and attitude changed. In October 2014, I told them I was no longer happy with their service and asked that they close my account. They told me the request had to be put in writing. I sent them the letter, which was returned to me for having the wrong address (which I had found online). I wrote them an email on December 8 requesting that my account be closed. Without my knowledge they sent out a technician on January 8, 2015,and billed me for it. When I told them I had already requested my account be closed, they said they needed 30 days notice. They sent the technician out on the 27th day. I have asked for a copy of a contract I may have signed which states the 30-day issue. I have also asked to speak to the owner and have never received a call. This company has been aware of my dissatisfaction since the summer of 2014. I have emails to back up my claim. I am continuing to receive invoices for their January 8 service, which I did not want, and after they were well aware that I was closing my account, both through telephone calls and through emails. Please tell them to stop sending invoices to me for services I did not request. Thank youDesired Settlement: I want Hunters Services, Inc., to stop sending me invoices for service I did not request and after I had told them over the telephone and through email to close my account.
