If an item was not shipped or we find our supplier
could not ship, we would have refunded the customerNot sure who this is, but I'm sure they received a refund if we were unable to ship their item

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
I would also like to thank the Revdex.com because the business never replied to me after multiple attempts, which would have resolved this issue.  Also, their system emailed me saying that not only had the order been placed, but also shipped.  It seems odd for a legitimate business to have a system that would do this if they didn't have our credit card number.  I would never do business with them and I will advise everyone to never to business with them after seeing how they conduct themselves.  Thanks you so much for you help in this matter.

The order has been canceled, and was actually never completed to begin with. We never received their credit card number even if they wanted the order, we cannot fulfill it without a cc number. They can make another order, as our processor shopping cart has been fixed. But to answer this Revdex.com...

Review: I ordered a knife from hunting4less.com on November 6, 2013, a week later I was informed by the website that the knife had shipped. Two weeks later I still had not received the knife, I contacted the site by email. They contacted me and told me the knife was backordered until December 12, 2013. The first week of January 2014, having not received the knife,I began sending emails to get information about my order and have yet to get a reply, it is now January 22, 2014. My order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the knife delivered if in stock, but if not in stock I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered a product on www.hunting4less.com on 2/2/14. It was not until the next day that I received an email explaining that my order was confirmed and processed and I had been charged for the order. A few minutes later I received another email stating that my order status had been changed and was now awaiting fulfillment. No explanation was given of what this meant or how it would affect my order. Since this time I have made numerous attempts to contact them via their website and email. No response has been given up to now and there is no phone number or any customer service to be found anywhere. I had to join their website to view my order status online. It says that my product has shipped but gives no information on when, by who, or when it expected to arrive. There is no tracking number. I have also tried to contact them through a messaging system on the website which has of no use either. There are NUMEROUS other claims online about this website being a fraud...I wish I would have seen them earlier.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money so I can use a trustworthy seller to reorder my product.

Review: I ordered an item from the website that was described as "in stock" on October 21st, 2013. After several weeks of waiting and receiving an email that informed me that the item was shipped, I emailed the company and asked what was taking so long. They informed me that the item was on backorder, and that they were expecting it to be received on 11/22/13. I again waited for the day that the package was expected and had received nothing. I emailed THEM again and then was told that it would be 12/15/13. I waited again for several weeks and received nothing. I have now emailed them four times, on 1/2/14, 1/11/14, 1/13/14, and 1/15/14. I have now had NO response from the company at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded for the cost of the product and shipping.

Review: I tried to order some ammunition from this website. I requested to checkout as a guest and to not have an account created. After trying to submit my order, an error came up on their web page and it appeared as if my order hadn't gone through. After researching further, I found out that multiple complaints online had been issued over this business. I was worried that the site might be a scam, so I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. This order was attempted to be placed on 2/16/2014. After multiple attempts to email them over the last few days, I have received no responses. I first received an automated email saying that my order was placed and that they created an account for me, which I specifically didn't want to happen. I then received another email a couple of days ago saying my order had shipped, but they sent no tracking information. I also emailed them to find this tracking information, but I have heard nothing back. Also, after checking with my credit card company, I have found that so far nothing has been charged, leading me to believe something fishy is going on. Today, when I got back from lunch, I received an email that my GMail account had been attempted to be hacked from France. This is the same email address I used with this company and only with this company recently. Fearing fraud, I called and canceled my credit card today, but I'm worried that they now have my information and might try to steal my identity or try to use my information for fraudulent purposes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: If they did truly send me my ordered item, then I would like tracking information for it. Otherwise, I would just like my order cancelled and the account they created for me on their systems to be deleted including any and all information about me especially my credit card information.

Review: Placed online order with Hunting4less on Nov 18th 2013. I was promptly billed for the order but never received my oder as of Jan 6th 2014. Sent out several emails inquiring on delivery but only received one responce stating oder would ship out on Dec 15 2013.Desired Settlement: I was charged $46.41 for online order. Since I did not receive order I would like a full refund.

Review: The website doesn't seem to actually stock anything and gives false assurances of "delivery dates" and then keep pushing it back. There is no phone number, only email. After several months, when finally I asked for a refund via email (numerous times), there is no longer any response from them. I had to file a credit card chargeback on them ([redacted]) which is currently processing. It's a shame, because it looks like a promising website. Review: Ordered product from hunting4less.com on 26 nov 2013. On 29 nov this company charged my account in full. On 5 dec I a was told would be shipped within 30 days. Assured after new year it would be shipped on 12 December. On 1, 6 and 8 JAN I write again all with no response. I find they've at least now added a phone number in their site which I twice call on 8th and 9th leaving messages on machine cause apparently no ones available. No return calls, no return emails. Review: I was charged for the item and it was not delivered. On 2-27 I ordered some bullets from the web site (order # [redacted]). The order proceeded and there was no indication the product was not in stock or on backorder. Received email order confirmation 2-27. On 2-28 received email of order status update to "Awaiting Shipment". I discovered that my credit card had been charged the full amount of the order on 2-28. I tried contacting the company on 3-3 to find out what the status was - no reply. I tried on 3-6 to contact the company - no reply. Called and left message on 3-9 to cancel order - no response. I emailed company on 3-9 to cancel order - no response. I have tried to contact them to cancel order and credit my account back for the amount of the order but have had absolutely no response from company. Should I file a dispute with my credit card company?Desired Settlement: Credit back to my credit card the amount of the order - $57.92.
