Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I heard and I have witnesses that issue happened a lot in their marketI Got the money from american express yesBut what make me frustrated was:1- once he saw my name on my phone his attitude changed suddenly I don't know why, and he told me "you know what I don't want to help you, go out of the store" and he PUSHED me out in front of my son tooit was very rude and not appropriate.2- and when I heard that happened a lot "double charge issue" in their market and thy did not do anything about that I felt that their is something wrong going on.I don't want that experience to happen to anybody, that kind off attitude is not acceptable

to customer claim mistreatment, our response was according to business procedureCustomer walked in with a cell phone open on his America express accountI asked him for statement or the credit card, replied that I need my money nowwe can't issue refund without receipt, statement or credit cardI advised him to call his credit cardHe caused me of being a thief so I asked him to leaveThis problem happens when a customer is charged twice, usually the duplicate get drop by the system or the customer comes with statement or receipt7. there is no need to go this far for a matter that is not intendedAmerican express refunded his moneyThanks
