Review: I purchased a USED [redacted] truck with only [redacted] miles) on it that's still under factory warranty. The Back up camera & Bluetooth microphone are missing. The sales person stated that the truck was under factory warrarty and the Toyota dealership would fix it. So I purchased the truck. I've taken it to my local [redacted]". After inspection, I was told that these two items were missing and it wasn't covered by [redacted]. This cost me $[redacted] for the inspection. I then contacted the Sales Manager "[redacted]" at [redacted] and he pass me to [redacted], Finance Manager. After many conversations via phone with [redacted] and the service manager "[redacted]" nothing was fixed. From leaving me on HOLD for over 10 minutes and hanging up on me to having me drive to there "approved" electronics supplier "Just Audio" to confirm that these items were missing. I've lost money and time trying to resolve this matter.

I was also told that this truck was inspected by a Totoya dealership and by there own dealership.

Please help!Desired Settlement: All I'm asking for is that they install the missing items. Bluetooth microphone & back up camera. I'm not even asking for the $[redacted] that I lost for the dealer inspection.
