I installed the roof over the garage years ago and never had a leak.There are two small drains that control all of the water on that area of roof.The drains have to be kept clear of tree leaves or the roof will overflow and get between the membrane and the paraphet wall.The drains were not kept clear.My warranty had also expired

I am rejecting this response because:If what *** says is true than why did he come over to my garage and house to attempt a repair on the leaking roofs, if the warranty was expired ? He told me his warranty was good for years when he installed the roofs
