Review: The Hilton Hotel lost a package due to mishandling and negligence; the worst of all, they are neither communicating nor taking responsibility.This package was sent to a guest named [redacted] from [redacted] on October **, 2014 by express mail ([redacted]), TRACKING #[redacted], confirmed delivered on October ** at 10:32am to Hilton Huntington at [redacted]. The guest was looking for the package in front desk and nobody could find it on October ** at night nor next day before [redacted] check out at 9:00AM.After so many calls from my part and from my mother [redacted] who help me we spoke with different personnel of the mentioned hotel and transferring to different departments, the package was not found, they told us that the package was delivered to his room (guest), finally [redacted] (guest) never received the package.It has been since October ** we do not have a response, also we wrote a email to [redacted] and [redacted] and also no calls nor emails response from the managers.Thank you very much for take your time in this matterSincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: Package has to be find by Friday **,2014 time where [redacted] returns to [redacted] otherwise the Hotel has the responsibility to send to [redacted] taking care of expenses and custom.In case package not found, the Hotel needs to replace the items.
