Totally agree with the other reviews hereInferior product, which they tried to blame on damage by UPSWhen I was told on the phone I was to receive a cartridge on a day trial, nothing was stated about and additional shipment or that I was obligated to buy more cartridgesEspecially at the price they wanted to charge me! And you will note that none of their claims or policies are written on their contract or invoice which makes it hard to argue with them when they try to get you to agree to their termsI know for a fact that I would NOT have agreed to purchase any more product until I was sure of the quality Thank goodness that second shipment was not sent, but if it had been, I would have NOT accepted the deliveryDO NOT be fooled by their hard sell tactics and rude sales people! I rarely get angry with people on the phone, but could not avoid it with them! They talk a good story, but deliver an inferior product at a high cost

I totally agree with the last reviewsI can definitely relate to Karen's circumstance and I really don't care what 'management' has to say in responseI have two printers and shortly after installing the ink cartridges in one the printer stopped workingMy husband and I wasted a lot of time on line looking for help to find out what was all of a sudden wrong with the printerAfter researching we realized you should not use any other print cartridge but an HP cartridgeWe too had to buy another printer Their sales tactics are also very slyI felt very pressuredMy first instinct was to hang up buy I figured I would try themEvery couple of months they kept sending more cartridges then what I remember agreeing to It has certainly been over days so I won't waste my time calling themSuffice to say we spent and wasted over $For a small business that is a lot of moneyI will never do business with them nor recommend them

Avoid this company I received a cold call selling toner cartridges at the time I was getting ready to order toner anyway and fell for the price NO OBLIGATION, NO AUTOMATIC SHIPPING PROMISE to reorder if I was not satisfied with their product Two weeks and day later I received another call informing me they were sending me more toner which I did not order nor did not need That the price I paid was a promotional cost based on future orders None of that was presented at the time of the order

So far....I'm still on the fence I bought into their 30day free / satisfaction guarantee trial We just recieved our cartridges today, so I'll check back in days for a final analysis of my experience I was confused and alerted when the packing slip had no company information on it whatsoever What proud company doesn't put their information on EVERYTHING?? So I went searching for their phone number so I could set them up in my QuickBooks Low and behold I did not find good news I've read the complaints here and else where and it would appear I am in for some issues We'll see, if the cartridges work as claimed: no problem, no harm no fowl Otherwise: it's a problem Unfortunately I'm thinking this may not be the case as it appears that they have changed their name to The Kelly Group Inc Same address, not sure if it's the same phone though The name change is the primary reason I am posting here: to alert others

This company and their products are nothing but a scamThey used shady sales tactics to convince me I was trying their printer cartridge risk-free for daysHowever, the next day I received an invoice saying the full amount was due in days unless I returned the product before thenThey wanted to charge return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee to return it so I decided just to keep it, but I made it very clear I was not doing business with them againAlmost a year later they are still calling, trying to tell me the cartridge was part of a package deal and they need to send me more to "complete the order"I'm not falling for it againOn top of all this, the print quality from the cartridge they sent was awful, and it quit working altogether with more than 50% left in itPlease avoid them

Extremely poor business and rude employees I received ink cartridges, after arguing with this company on the phone for way too long that I wasn't interestedThey kept badgering me until I finally gave in I did not use them until a couple weeks after receiving them(I wasn't going to take my good ink out of the printer until it was empty It worked for about maybe copies, then messed my printer up I tried everything to fix it, no luck Finally took it to be repaired Was told that it was because I was using ncartridges that are not compatibleHad to replace the printer headsThis process cost me more than it was worth Yes, I went over the days by a week Explained this to a supervisor, she was rude and kept telling me it doesn't matter because it was past days and I needed to pay I told her it ruined my printer, she kept saying I need to pay for it anyways and I could not return the cartridgesShe would not even let me speak to upper management

Especially at the price they wanted to charge me! And you will note that none of their claims or policies are written on their contract or invoice which makes it hard to argue with them when they try to get you to agree to their terms. I know for a fact that I would NOT have agreed to purchase any more product until I was sure of the quality.
Thank goodness that second shipment was not sent, but if it had been, I would have NOT accepted the delivery. DO NOT be fooled by their hard sell tactics and rude sales people! I'm surprised this company has such a high rating from the Revdex.com considering the low ratings everywhere else online. Best guess is this is another "pay for your stars" strategy from Revdex.com.
They lied about the product they were going to send me, claiming it holds twice the ink or toner it actually does. I tried the toners anyway, but after only a couple days of printing, it is starting to fade on the outside of the pages. Anything grey, is hardly viewable at all since the beginning of install.
I do not recommend. Go to Staples. Go to Amazon. Go to your local Cartridge Refill.

I am not a fan of reviews because I find too many reviews to be written by people who have nothing better to do. I prefer solutions to complaints. However I don't even want Kelly to solve my issue. I rather loose money this time around. They said they were sending authentic Brother ink but they did not. Then they harassed me because they said they did not send me my full order and wanted to send me more ink! A very big waste of money and time and unlimited aggravation!

Received my "free" for 30 days ink cartridges. No paper work enclosed. Attempted to use it in my HP Officejet Pro 8600. I ended up with black ink all over the inside of my printer including the paper feed trays. Also tried the yellow cartridge. My machine kept telling me to put a cartridge in. Removed both cartridges and took considerable time to clean up my machine and replaced with genuine HP cartridges. Finally have my printer up and running again. When Kelly called they were requesting payment. I explained I did not want the cartridges. Oh but your 30 days free trial is up. "You were to contact us." I was given no contact information and had not received any emails so I could even let them know about the problem. Still awaiting resolution

This is one of those companies that we should know better not to engage with. They may have nice-sounding representatives, but they've studied all of the scams and all the phone calls of customers catching the scams, they know exactly what to say to make sure this isn't "one of those scams" that we know so well. No. This is a new scam. And I'm proud of myself for catching it. The first representative ENSURED me that I would not have to pay until I DECIDED to become a customer. She ENSURED me that it wasn't weird this company has no website where I can look at the product. She ENSURED me that no one would ask for billing information, this is basically a trial run when they first call you and offer to let you sample the product for 30 days. That sounds like a normal trial to me, but when, during a trial of a product, does the company tell you it's on their dime because they stand by their product and you become a customer if you tried and it's true BUT THEN tell you that you'll be invoiced for $352 at the end of the trial run whether you become a customer or not. They tried to confuse me with "Net 30", "PO", "Invoice", "Accounts Receivable", and other terms they thought I didn't know. But I do know and I don't appreciate the attempt at taking advantage of my willingness to listen to your scamming sales pitch. Never again. What I've learned from all these scam calls, even these good ones who get me so close: Be curious, ask questions, never accept something you know sounds crazy, no matter how slightly crazy.
