Unfortunately Teachers Federal Credit union , apparently did not complete the Satisfaction of Lien according to Pennsylvania requirements. We went to the credit union today, obtained a new Lien Release.We are overnighting the release  to the customer who should have for the [redacted] . I am not sure why the necessary paperwork to register the car was not given to the customer at the time of delivery , or why they did not ask for it. If the intent was to register the car themselves. I am sorry for the delay, and apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully this issue is behind us, [redacted]

I  apologize for the delay, for both obtaining  the title and  in the customer refund. The refund I was not aware any repairs were performed, the only thing I had forwarded to me was an estimate e-mailed to me from Norristown Chrysler Jeep, for $111.30 . It appears...

from this invoice that it was a diagnosis only.The title was mailed , at the time of delivery, apparently the person who does our Motor vehicle paperwork was un-aware that the customer wanted to register the car themselves. We had to get the paperwork back from the NYS DMV, in order to  give it back to the customer. We received the paperwork [redacted] on Friday, and sent to the customer same day, for arrival on Saturday . With the paperwork to register the car was our check for the requested  $216.30 . Again I apologize for the length of time, but we were waiting for the return from DMV of the paperwork Thank You  [redacted]

Contacted customer , Touch up paint had been ordered to repair the scratch but was on back order and still is. We provided alternate transportation and sent the customer's vehicle to the body shop to have the scratch repaired.  Vehicle was repaired , on 10/**/15 our work order #...

Review: I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Patriot from Huntington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on 1/*/15. On 1[redacted]/15, the first day it rained since owning the vehicle, I discovered water leaking into the car from the dome lights (located over the dashboard). The water was pouring down the radio, heat vents, controls, gear shift, and console. Water leaked onto the dash, seats, and floor, as well. I immediately took the vehicle to Huntington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and while I was driving there the CD play made a clicking noise and said "load" or "eject" CD. Every time I had to make a turn water from the dome lights spilled out over me or the passenger side front seat. The vehicle only had 156 miles on it at the time of the water damage.I brought the car into the service department and explained what had happened. I specifically stated that the CD player was making a clicking noise and saying "load" or "eject" CD. I then requested to speak with the sales [redacted], [redacted] (my salesman was not in the office that day). I explained to him what had happened and that I wanted to return the car. He said there were steps that needed to be taken and that the service department needed to determine the cause of the leak. [redacted] took down my information and gave me a loaner car. I made it very clear that I wanted the car replaced and that I was not taking a water damaged car back. I will not pay for a brand new vehicle that is water damaged. I will not pay for a defective vehicle. I never heard from [redacted] again. I received a call from [redacted], my salesman, when he came back to work from being ill. I explained everything to [redacted]. [redacted] told me he would do some "digging around." In the meantime, the service department called and told me they found the leak. It was coming from the tracks of the sunroof and they were ordering parts to replace the sunroof track. I again stated that I was not taking the car back. The track was fixed and nothing else was replaced. I was told that everything works fine.The car still is water damaged.Desired Settlement: From the beginning, I stated that I wanted the vehicle replaced. That I was not paying for a defective vehicle that is now water damaged. I stated that I have a mold allergy and I am very concerned about the short and long term results of the water damage the vehicle sustained. I was willing to work with Huntington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to replace the vehicle with their dealership. I want the vehicle replaced with brand new, white, 2015 Jeep Patriot with no sunroof.

Review: I purchased a 2015 jeep renagade from huntington jeep dealer on 9/**/15. sfter putting $6000 down payment and fiinancing, I signed papers and took delivery. upon delivery I noticed a large 4 inch scratch on vehicle and sale rep told me to come back tomorrow to have looked at. I went back 9/**/15 . repair guy wasnt there. told to come back 9/**. went back to dealer 9/** and he sent me across street to repair shop. repair shop said scratch to deep to compound & will order paint for retouch..paint should be in by 9/** . after not hearing from them I called on 10/*and was told jeep cant get the paint to do repair. call back next week. I called back numberious times and left messages for my sales rep tom s[redacted] and a manager named joe. nobody called me back. I called again until I spoke to sales re p.tom s[redacted] on 10/** who said he was calling repair shop to find out ehen they could fix damage and call back in little while. I called back and he said he didnt hear from shop yet and he would call me back in a few minutes. that was a week ago on 10/15 and I havent heard from him since. in addition to damage I was shown the jeep with one set of floor mats and at delivery was told the wrong floor mats were in car. come back tommorrow. when I went back next day they gave me new mats that turned out to be the tinnest, cheapest peice of crap you could imagine. also. when car was sold to me it stat d on papers that car had 28 miles on it. same day upon delivery I turned car on and it said 103 miles ? I pointed this out to Tom s[redacted] who appologized and said nothing could be done about it . this is all unacceptable especially selling me a new car that was damaged and telling me for the last month they cant fix it as of yet. jeep cant get the jeep paint. I have been to dealer twice and made roughly 10-12 callsDesired Settlement: I expect the repair to be made or a substantial cash refund for depresiation on value of a damaged new jeep. in addition I expect to be compensated for my time going to dealership twice and the time for the 10-12 phone calls and processing this complaint.this was suppossed to be a brand new vehicle and its turned into a damaged jeep nightmare

Review: Have been taking my 2014 dodge challenger into this dealer for the past 3 months because I have a staic on my fm/am station and when scaning for stations only two come up,every time I drop car off which been more then 6 they call me and say car is ready but still the same problem I been telling them its the antenna since day 1 but no one listins to me. They dont want to change because they have to replace the entire back glass even tho the car is still under warranty. Car been there for a week now and still waiting for a phone call back I call the dealer 10 or 15 times per day and cant get intouch with manager. Now manger says staic is because of tinted window mean while I had already taken car in about 3 times before I got tinted window install and have paperwork to prove it.Desired Settlement: I would like a call back with an update and for back window to be replaced because antenna is intergreated in window and author the manager said entire window has to be replace

Radio Antenna for this vehicle is part of rear glass assembly, we tried several other repairs but customer was still having difficulties with radio reception. Glass replacement on Chrysler/Dodge vehicles under warranty must be seen and approved by the manufacturer. We obtained this approval and ordered the rear glass, which took a week to get . The glass arrived 11/** and we have installed it today 11/**. This should correct any reception issues, Vehicle is ready for pickup

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I been trying to get radio antenna change since july and dealer kept giving me the run around and wanted to do the cheapest thing to fix it because the back window was very expensive even tho it shouldn't matter because it's cover under warranty after 3 months of taking my car in over 7 times for the same problem and they kept calling me to pick up my car saying it was good when it still had the problem, I got tired and just left the car there for 2 and a half weeks I was trying not to but I had to out in this complain with the Revdex.com and like magic dealer started returning my calls and giving me updates and saying they. Order back window and will contact me when it was in. I feel that if I never file this complaint my car will still be with the same problem I recommend everyone to stay away from this service department I picked up my car today and got the cold shoulder from everyone manager pass by me 3 times and didnt stop to explain to me what happen or sorry for the hassle or anything

Review: The car has a slider roof that has leaked 15 times in the first 7 months. We have taken to the dealer 8 or 9 times to be repaired. They have attempted to repair it 5 times but the roof still leaks.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back.

I am sorry to hear of our customers difficulty, with their vehicle. I believe the last time the vehicle was in for any type of water leak repair was 8/**/13 and a support for the sunroof was replaced. The vehicle was here two other occasions since then dates of 09/**/13 work order [redacted] and 10/**/13 work order [redacted] and there was no mention of a water leak at those times. I have contacted the manufacturer , in regards to a buy back of the vehicle, and they suggested to go through the New York arbitration process. Alternatively we could also try one more repair if the customer wishes. The owners manual has information on the New York state arbitration process, unfortunately the dealership is unable to perform a buy back of the vehicle .

I have brought the car in many times to be repaired and at this point feel there is water damage within the car. I do not wish to go through the arbitration process. The vehicle was bought through the jeep dealership and as such they are responsible for the car I purchased.

Review: Our Jeep has been in the shop since July [redacted]. First we were told it needed and new short block, then another week later were told it was water damage. The service manager had lied to us, the 'findings' from the dealership 'proving' water damage have not been able to be seen or collected. The warranty is saying we are not covered because it is water damage with no explanation of why they feel this way or showing any evidence of flood damage. I want to know why it took them 2 weeks to find water in the oil pan and why they never did any preliminary work to find signs of water, why they didn't find the water until after they already diagnosed the car as needing a new short block. There is a lot more, please have someone contact me.Desired Settlement: We would like our car to be fixed under the warranty and for the dealership to explain all of their actions.

Review: Gave dealership $1,600 check for money down and had a sales order for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 14K miles on 9/**/14. They cashed my check on 9/**/14 and sold the car to someone else on 9/**/14 while I secured my own financing. [redacted] proposed solution was a car 2 years older with twice the miles for the same price. I emailed the ** to discuss on 9/**/14 but have not heard back to date. We received a deposit on a 2014 used Grand Cherokee base model , from [redacted] on 09/**/2014. The salesperson was a former neighbor of [redacted]'s [redacted]. At the time and the several days following the customer was informed that the deposit would hold the car for only a few days. There were several other customers interested in the car, and after six days he was informed that the vehicle would have to be delivered or the deposit would be refunded . Normally six days is more than adequate to obtain vehicle financing, most vehicle loans today are approved after an hour. The vehicle was sold to another customer, and the deposit was promptly returned . We did offer [redacted] several other vehicles to choose from, although they were not the same year, they had considerably more equipment, and also some attractive prices on new vehicles. After our salesperson [redacted]'s last conversation with the customer, it is my understanding that The customer has bought a new vehicle from another source.

My sincere apologies for this matter, I wish it had turned out differently.

However, the response from [redacted] is not accurate. The check was not refunded promptly, it took 3 days after me contacting the deanship and 4 days after the car was sold. I was not informed until the dealer had a buyer that they wished to sell the car or return the deposit. The options given after the fact were not close to what was originally offered.

At this point I have purchased another vehicle from another dealer and do not wish to continue with this matter.
