Review: We paid in advance for a plan to have our son tutored for 126 hours at this business. It did not work out so we cancelled the service and requested a refund which the company promises. Our son was last at the center in November, we gave written notice on 20 March 2014. Repeated emails to the location's manager and director have yielded no results. We are still waiting to receive our refund of thousands of dollars.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our refund and put this issue behind us.
