Review: I would like to dispute $180 for this [redacted] account since my daughter did not utilize the time. I spoke with Huntington who refused to reimburse the time since they stated it was a makeup session.According to my records , it was not a makeup session, the makeup was to be scheduled later in the summer , but due to scheduling conflicts I inevitably cancelled all together, my daughter only took 8 hours at Huntington which would equal $360, I would like to dispute $180 because she did not attend the sessions.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the applicable fees since my daughter did not attend the session I was subsequently billed by the biller for the tutoring service ([redacted]) since they do not settle accounts and the reimbursement comes from the vendor.
