Called this office on 3/** for an appointment at 10:30am, was told to arrive early to fill out paper work. Arrived at 10:03am to start filling out paper work. Finished paperwork at 10:27am, was never called to come into the office. At 11:07am, approached desk asking how much longer as now numerous other patients have gone in that arrived after us. The lady at the desk told us we would be next. At 11:25am we had to start leaving as it was clear someone else had just been called and it was not us. Approached desk and asked for refund for copayment and told her I would be leaving. Over and hour and never even got into to get the medical help I need for my ankle. Now going to another Doctor, again costing me more money to get transporation as I can not drive with my ankle injury.

Review: I was never advised that I would be charged for a additional mammography pictures. I have been going to the same office for many many years. Every year after they take the pictures they show the doctor and then the doctor always requests a couple of more pictures. The same thing happened when I went the last time, but to my surprise they are now billing me. I have contacted them, wrote to them but they continue to send me the bill.

It's not fair they should have told me that I was going to be charged, and to my defense since I was never charged before I didn't ask.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
