Review: I put down a $500 deposit on a car and I have been getting the run around for over a month s to when it will be in.I asked for refund , and I was told they would all me right back. That was over 4 hours ago.I was told on numerous occasions that the car would be in in 2-3 weeks. I asked what happened to he at I ordered and was told it was in the port in New Jersey on July [redacted]. I never got an answer except that these cars are hard to get. .Desired Settlement: Refund and Apology

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Sincerely,

Review: I bought a certified used car from Huntington Toyota last year. They had performed a courtesy service on my new car before I took delivery. The service department damaged the oil pan causing the oil to leak out on my drive home. Not once or twice but four times in total before they realized that they damaged the oil pan when they performed the first service. They also acknowledged that there was internal damage caused by the faulty oil changes but are refusing to do anything about it. I have contacted management and I keep getting lies and backpedaling. So hear I sit with a new car that hardly runs because of a faulty service and crooked dealership. I also have everything documented in paperwork!Desired Settlement: Fix all damages caused by Toyota of Huntington service/sales

Business

Response:

To Whom It May Concern:A representative from our dealership has been in contact with [redacted] since receiving this complaint. We have requested that the customer bring the vehicle to us to confirm his current noise concern, as we do not have any documented records of this noise concern in our files. This vehicle was originally sold to the customer with 75,905 miles on the odometer. [redacted]’s original concern was for an oil leak that we determined to be caused by a leaking oil pan. We corrected this concern by replacing the oil pan on 12/**/14, at no charge to the customer. The vehicle had 77,495 miles on the odometer at that time. The customer later returned to us on 4/**/15 with 78,469 miles on the odometer for regular service, including an oil change. There were no additional concerns documented related to the leak, confirming that our repairs were successful. We have not serviced or seen this vehicle since that date. A history check shows us that the vehicle has completed a NYS Inspection since the last visit to our dealer, along with other minor maintenance i.e light bulb, at other facilities. The last documented mileage on the vehicle was 80,597 miles on 11/**/15. As this vehicle has clearly been driven and maintained since our repairs were completed, we will need to first confirm that a valid concern still exists before we can determine the manner in which we can assist the customer further. We are currently awaiting the return of the vehicle.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Unfortunately the service department damaged the oil pan before I even took delivery of the vehicle. the vehicle was returned more then 5 times for the same oil leak and being run out of oil twice causing damage to internal motor parts. Vehicle had to be recently inspected to keep it legal because it is still being paid for. I voiced concern and made the service department at Huntington Toyota well aware of the damage and noises with each visit including the last courtesy service provided by them. I was even told by the service manager that my car was taken to a local Mazda dealer nearby and they said that there was no damage done. Unfortunately that was a lie because I contacted the Mazda dealership and spoke to the service manager and I was told that my car was never brought to them and that was a lie. Recent changes in management at Huntington Toyota meant I was swept under the rug so to speak. The vehicle was returned to the service department at Huntington Toyota on 12/**/15 and I am awaiting response.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: Received a letter about a promotion for a discount of $1,000.00 when exchanging my 2009 Highlander for a 2013 model. I purchased a warranty for $4,000.00 for 4 years with my 2009 vehicle. It had only been one year when I exchanged the car for a 2013 model. They told me I'd receive $2,500.00 for the three years left on the warranty of my 2009 vehicle on February *, 2013 . After multiple follow up calls I received a check on June **, 2013 for $1,720.00 by Toyota Motor Insurance Services, [redacted]. I've made multiple follow up calls, emails and personal visits to [redacted] there after. Also, they agreed to give me all weather floor mats with the deal which needed to be ordered. When I went to pick them up they asked for money. I am utterly displeased with their customer service and ability to keep their word.Desired Settlement: I'd like the remaining $780 and all weather floor mats sent to me.

Response:

Hello [redacted],

Review: My problem was false advertisement at this Dealership. they advertise a 2008 car with 81,000 online for $7895 online, and on their website it said you will get $250 off when you schedule a test drive but the salesman told me I would not be able to get it because the price of the car was already low that was the first problem. then the salesman made an invoice for $7,895 and give it to the lady in the financing office, to complete the buying process. I was told that I have to buy the warranty for $3900 because my credit was not established, I thought that was fine because I was told that it was refundable whenever I sell my car, I agree to that and sign the paper work. The Problem was when I went home that day and start to read the papers I Noticed the sales price and tax was $13,864.12 instead of $7,895 I went there to ask and they told me the extra charge was to certify the vehicle. I still have the advertisement and there is no where where it says the car was certified per-owned and I think that was false and misleading advertisement. I went there again and I was told its my problem for signing the papers there is nothing they can do. I feel like I was scammed with their misleading advertisement. I end up buying the car for over $19,000 over twice the amount through their hidden fees. its not right to get customers through false advertisement, that's why I would like to file the complain before many people end up like meDesired Settlement: To honor the price they advertise and cancel the extended warranties,

Review: I bought a toyota rah4 2011 and the sales man had told me that the cost was 21 thousand dollars.

So I agreed with the price.. So I told them I was going to put 10thousand down payment cash plus I was trading in

My honda 2004 for 3500. So I was going to be finance about 8 thousand dollar plus with the interest it would

Go up to 12thousand dollar. So I agreed to that. When I went to speak with lady from the bank she trew me a bunch of papers to sign and never explained me anything else.. She just told me that I was going to pay 378 monthly that was it..when I went back the next day to give my 10 thousand dollars she gave me the papers and I saw that the car was 31thousand dollar and for 72 months I was going to pay 378 dollars everymonth so I was going to end up paying 40 thousand dollar for a used car.. I so I told them what had happened they werent straight up wit me they lied so they said the interest of the car were high because I didnt have good creidit.. So I said if I could use my bank so I can get lower interest rates and they said no because toyota had already taken the loan so now im paying double the price they told me! And all they say is they cant do anything about it.Desired Settlement: What I want for them to do is either to give me a newer car or let me finance the one I have with my bank because they offer me lower interest rates..

Dear

[redacted],

Review: I had entered a photo contest hosted by Toyota of Huntington, and was told I won. They asked for my personal information which I provided, and they asked for permission to use my photo in basically any way thwy see fit.

Herein lies the problem; I never recieved my gift card AND at the same time lost rights to my photograh.

I have made several attempts to contact the business, to no real avail.

I was told numerous times that it had shipped and I would receive it soon.

Eight weeks pass, still nothing, so I again attempt to contact them. They told me my package got returned to them due to insufficient postage, but was assured I would recieve it soon.

A couple more weeks pass, still nothing. So I attempt contact again, this time I inquired about the tracking number on the package.

I won this contest in Mid-May and have still not received my winning nor have I been reassured that they will not use my picture since they broke the agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like my gift card and I would like to know that this poorly managed company will not use my picture. They do not have the right.

Review: 1. Bait and Switch - [redacted], the salesperson, told me that the new Highlander in stock was around $39,000. But after waiting an hour and a half in the show room for the [redacted], [redacted], he told me that [redacted] made a mistake and the price with these options are $43,000 and told me he could not sell this car for [redacted]s quoted price. 2.No Window Sticker - There was no window sticker on the car, and I was never shown the additional factory options, I asked [redacted] to get me a print out. But he never did. I got the sticker information from Toyota Cares in one day. 3.Charged $2,800 over MSRP. When I found the MSRP was only $40,250, [redacted] then changed his story and told me he had to charge me more because of my credit score, to allow me to get a better interest rate. It is my understanding that the price for the car, and credit score, are complete separate issues. In fact, in many states, it is illegal to base the price of the car on a customers credit score. (only the interest rate can reflect the credit score. 4.Never Saw Prices. I did not receive, or ever see, an itemized Bill of Sale or Invoice, until two weeks after delivery. I called three times for it. I did not get it until I went back in person to Huntington Toyota on Christmas Eve. 5. $12,000 of Unauthorized Add-on's- There were about six other expensive add on's to extended warranties and protections plans. Neither gentlemen discussed with me the price, or of what value they would be to me; Charged $1,800 for non-excitant Alarm System and Remote start. - 6.On the Bill of Sale, I received two weeks after delivery, I ascertained that I was charged for an Alarm System and Remote start that was never installed. I was never told and I never asked for it, and do not want it in anycase. 7 Huntington Toyota told on Dec me would cancel the add ons but they never did and then finally on January * they told me they would not cancel anDesired Settlement: Cancelation of all the add-ons that I did know I was buying, or the prices. And charged the original sale price quoted by the Salesman [redacted].

Business

Response:

we are very sorry that you feel the way that you do. There is no problem canceling any of the options that you purchased. As long as they where not installed on the vehicle. Since the add ons where not purchased up front and you put them into your loan any canceled products will be credited to your current loan. Please contact me so I may resolve this problem[redacted]

Review: When I purchased my vehicle I got a service contract reimbursement guarantee from huntington Toyota worth $2,500.

the guarantee is for 125,000 miles or four years, if the policy is not used during that time I would receive $2,500.00 reimbursement.

The odometer on my car is at 146,xxx miles and I would like to receive my $2,500. I submitted my voucher for reimbursement and the [redacted] informed me that I had to wait till 48 months from the purchase date.

However the policy is valid for 125,xxx miles or 48 months. Since the policy is not valid because I passed the milage I want to receive my $2,500.Desired Settlement: I want the $2,500 refunded to my car loan.

Response:

Hello [redacted],

I apologize for the late response. The customer would need to wait the 48 months as listed on the form signed for the warranty in order to get her refund.

Review: Toyota advertises in their booklet (2014 Tacoma) a list of all the options that are included in the Sport Package, its in two different locations within their booklet. One option listed is a Auto-Dimming rearview Mirror with Compass and Outside Temperature Gauge. This was back in April 2014 , when I received the booklet from Huntington Toyota. I ordered the truck the end of April based on the information within the booklet. When the truck came in it was the end of June 2014. While looking over the truck I saw that the Rearview Mirror was incorrect, it was a standard rearview mirror. I told the salesmen and he said that the mirror was not part of the Sport Package and I had to order it. My wife asked another salesmen for a booklet and that also showed it as part of the package. The next day I went back to the dealer and showed the salesmen the booklet and he said that I had an old booklet or I must of received that booklet from a different dealer. He said there was nothing he could do for me and that I should have a nice day. How could this be an old booklet when I received it in April and again in June ?Desired Settlement: I would like Toyota to make good on there advertisement an install the correct mirror at the dealership that I choose. If this option is no longer available as part of the Tacoma Sport Package the they should inform all their dealers of this an reprint their booklets.

Business

Response:

[redacted]

I’ve been speaking with [redacted] and his wife the last couple weeks. [redacted] had interest in purchasing a Tacoma from us. At the time of his inquiry, he picked up a brochure ( not sure if it was from us or a different dealership) in that brochure, it had mentioned in the sport package that this particular trim Tacoma came with equipped with a visor that was stocked with homelink and a couple of other features. [redacted] left a deposit on a Tacoma with a sport package. Fast forward 30 days: the Tacoma is delivered to our showroom with the Sport package – unbeknownst to us, in this trim Toyota had made changes. The visor no longer comes with the homelink and other features. [redacted] takes delivery of the car anyway.

[redacted] realizes this feature is missing in the Tacoma and asks us to give him the car he paid for. I agreed. And if [redacted] did in fact pay for a Sport Package Tacoma with the upgraded visor, we would certainly have it installed at no cost. I pulled the window sticker on the exact vehicle that [redacted] took delivery of. On the window sticker is does not state that the visor had homelink or any other features attached to it. I explained to [redacted] that this was a factory mistake and there wasn’t anything we can do. [redacted] told me he was going to bring us to court over the matter.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

In response to [redacted]'s message dated 8/**/2014:

[redacted], I think you've been misinformed about some of the facgts you stated in your message.

1, The brochures were both from you dealership, one from April 2014 and the second one from June 2014. I was told by [redacted] that I

had an old brochure, if it was out dated then why are you still handing them out?

2, Its not a VISOR with hone link that's missing but an Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror with Outside Temperature and Compass.

3, Moving forward it was a out 60 days not 30.

4, If it's unbeknownst to Huntington Toyota that this option was no longer available, then how did [redacted] know that this option was

dropped from the Sport Package when I pointed out that the mirror was missing?

5, I was also given 3 different VIN #

Concerning the 2014 brochures:

I feel that I was mislead by the salesmen, the dealer and Toyota, because, when I ordered the truck it was based on the information within

the brochures they gave me.

In the message from [redacted] she stated that this was a factory mistake and not the dealers and that there was nothing they could do

for me. I don't care who's at fault but who's going to resolve this issue !

I must say, I'm very disappointed in both Huntington Toyota-Scion and Toyota for not honoring their brochure.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

We are very sorry that this mistake happened to

[redacted]. We offered to add the feature that was missing from the

sport package at no additional cost, as long as that particular option was

listed on the window sticker or spec sheet; it was not printed on the either

material. Furthermore, [redacted] signed the contract; he saw the vehicle before

he took the vehicle home with him. And [redacted] did a full Toyota delivery

process with [redacted] at the time of delivery. We understand how [redacted]

would feel as if he was deceived out of something but, the bottom line is he got

the exact truck he paid and signed for.

Moreover, we are simply the dealership;not the manufacturer.

We do not build the vehicles and we do not print the

brochures and we certainly cannnot choose and pick the options in the vehicles.

Again, we are very sorry that this issue occurred perhaps it would

be best if [redacted] contacted Toyota directly.

Review: LEASED A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY IN MARCH OF 2012, AT THE TIME WHEN DEAL WAS PROCESSED I WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE LEASE COMES WITH A 3YR/36,000 MILE WARRENTY BUMPER TO BUMPER. JOB CHANGES OCCURRED THAT I USED THE CAR MORE THEN HAD ANTICIPATED SO MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLE WENT UP FAST. LOOKING BACK INTO MY DOCUMENTS, IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THIS VEHICLE, THAT I WAS LEASING, WAS A PAYMENT THAT WAS CLOSE TO IF NOT MORE THEN A FINANCE CHARGE WOULD BE. IT WAS AGREED UPON SIGNING DOCUMENTS, THAT THE VALUE OF THE CAR WAS $28,000. WHEN YOU LOOK INTO THE PAPERWORK, THE CAPITALIZED COST WENT FROM THE AGREED PRICE TO JUST UNDER 10GRAND MORE. $4500 WAS PUT DOWN AT TIME OF SIGNING, ONLY TO COME TO FIND OUT THAT NOT ONLY WAS A I CHARGED FOR AN EXTENDED WARRENTY OF 50,000MILES, BUT I WAS ALSO CHARGED A PLATINUM WARRENTY FOR UP 75,000MILES. THE CAR WAS A LEASE, EXPECTED TO NOT GO OVER 45,000MILES. MY DOCUMENTS SHOW I SHOULD BE PAYING $514 A MONTH, ALTHOUGH I DO PAY LESS, THE COST OUT OF POCKET EACH MONTH IS $494, THE DEALERSHIP SAID IT WAS THE ONLY DEAL THEY COULD GET CONSIDERING MY CREDIT HISTORY. IF THIS VEHICLE IS KEPT IN MY POSSESSION FOR THE REMAINING LEASE, I WILL IN THE END BE PAYING $18,000(APPROX). RESIDUAL REMAINING IS $18,000(APPROX). THIS VEHICLE WHICH IS ONLY A BASE, NO EXTRAS HIGHLANDER. THE COMPANY FRAUDULENTLY TACKED ON FEES FOR THESE EXTENDED WARRENTIES, AND NO WHERE IN MY CONTRACT FOLDER ARE THESE DOCUMENTS FOUND. THIS MATTER NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BECAUSE THE $4500 DOWN PAYMENT ORIGINALLY, WAS BASICALLY POCKETED BY THEM WHEN I WAS GIVEN $4750 IN WARRENTIES. MY SIGNED DOCUMENTS DO NOT MATCH WHAT IS ACTUALLY ON FILE WITH TOYOTA FINANCIAL.Desired Settlement: REFUND - CASH

Good Afternoon [redacted],

We are truly sorry that it was felt to report such a disconnect to the Revdex.com. The truth of the matter is that we did everything humanly possible to get [redacted] approved even with the less than stellar credit that was required by multiple banks. Unfortunately the credit score present was not the same as that of a year ago when vehicle was purchased. The car was purchased between two parties and now only being maintained by one. Huntington Toyota cannot and should not be held liable for several banks declining to approve lower rates on said circumstances. We hope to do business with you in the future. Hopefully with time passing, you will be able to qualify for a higher credit tier.

Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

The supporting documents that were attached to their response were all my original documents that I provided to the Revdex.com when I opened this complaint. I want them to email me all of the original documents that they have in their file not the ones that I provided in my original complaint. Every PDF file that I opened were all my documents.

I do not understand how my total payments after 36 months will total $22876.99 (motor vehicle lease agreement box 6) when the original agreed upon value of the truck was $28755.30 (mvla box 9a) . The stated residual value of the truck after 36 months will be $18417 (mvla box 9d) making the total purchase of this "lease" $41293.99 should I chose to purchase this base line model of the truck.. Mind you this is a base line model of the truck. There is something seriously wrong with the terms of this lease.

I am asking for proof of all documents signed by me that are included in Toyotas records including any extended warranties that I supposedly purchased. If I do not receive the documents within 14 days I will be retaining an attorney to subpoena all of the requested documents and I will move forward through the courts. This has been going on since 7/*/2013 and there is still no resolution. They have sent you documents that I have provided and this is evident because I am able to see my kitchen floor in the pdf files that I was sent, they have erroneously sent you back responses showing that there is a secondary borrower, and they are referring to a vehicle that is not the same as the one that I am.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

We have attached all documents we have on record for you, I am sorry that you feel that way but at this time there is nothing further we can do. You can request a refund for the warranties from Toyota Directly and have them credit you for the remaining months.

Review: I visited toyota dealership in huntington on Jan ** to see about trading in my lease that was ending in March of 2016, I had a budget and knew what I wanted, which was a bigger car and to stay within my budget which I was very clear about to my sales person Adnad. I looked at another lease a 2016 Rav 4 we negotiated 475 a month for payments with 2000 down pending approval of loan. I had an appointment and had to leave I filled out the paper work for them to run the loan threw the bank I was very clear with Adnad and Juan to not cash the check that I left until the bank approved my loan. Every one agreed I left. I received a missed call from that evening in which I was unable to return until Saturday morning 1/**/16 in which I left a message with sales person with no return call. I called again Sunday and Monday with no return call. By this time I figured very unprofessional and assumed that the loan was not approved and assumed they would mail my check back.

Wednesday morning 2/*/16 I woke up to negative bank account of $1471.00 very upset I called the finance Juan and explained my issues how I called several times to find out about the status of loan, with no return call now I have bills that I have paid over the weekend that are now not going to go threw, he insisted he will refund the money back to my account, however later that day my bills had hit and I now have $102.00 dollars in fees. I called back and left a message because I now have fees that I have to pay because of their lack of unprofessional business ethics, I received a call back that evening from the sales person adnad trying to get me to come down to negotiate I told him I already extended my budget I can not pay more or put anymore down I already negotiated on 1/29/16 for the $475 a month and $2000 down pending approval, I also confronted him about several messages I dad left with him and he never got back to me, his response was that it was really busy over the weekend but that still did not explain monday, tuesday why he did not get back to me, he then told me he will talk to juan and have him call me. No RETURN CALL. I called back on [redacted], and again no one was available left a message no call back, again on [redacted] finally asked to speak with Finance manager in which I got Mike I explained my situation and the late fees and explained that I had told him not to cash the check he said he will talk to adnad and call me back, NO RETURN CALL. I called back on [redacted] and again on [redacted] left several messages with no return call back. At this point the money has not been refunded to my account and I am receiving no call back about fees or money owed. I called again [redacted] and finally got Mike the Finance manager and he told me that he had refunded the money which I did not receive yet and could do nothing about those fees?Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of the $2000 for a car that I do not have and the Fees associated with their lack of unprofessional business ethics. I am a single mom to three kids and a $102 may not be a lot to them but it is a lot to me and I should not be responsible for fees because of their lack there of.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

Review: I purchased a 2003 Avalon in July. The airbag was not working the front brakes were grinding the rear speaker was cracked. I was told by [redacted] internet sales manager that I should take the car and that Toyota of Huntington was responsible for all these items. I brought the car back the first time and they reground the rotors and they re set the sensor for the airbags and they said that I should come back for the speaker because it needed to be ordered . The brakes were not fixed the airbag light was still blinking so I went back a second time, they changed the clock switch and the airbag was fixed but told me to come back a third time for the brakes and speaker and that they would take care of them. The third time they fixed the brakes and charged me 360.00 plus tax and they still did not work so they changed the rear brakes and the speaker and they charged me an additional 460.00. I spoke to [redacted] who said that he was very sorry but his [redacted] would not let him honor his commitment. In addition they sold me an insurance policy or warranty that was supposed to be a Platinum Toyota Bumper to Bumper policy. In fact it is not a Toyota Policy and it is not Bumper to Bumper it has more things excluded than included . That cost me another 1000.00Desired Settlement: I want the monies I paid for the brakes the speakers and the insurance policy to be refunded.

I am sorry that you feel that way but I have reviewed your purchase and I see that you purchased a 2003 Toyota Avalon with over 103k miles, you did purchase extended warranty for the amount of $963.00 for that vehicle, do to the high mileage you where offered what would qualify do to year and high mileage on vehicle. Please see attached copies of signed documents. Further more, we promised you to repair air bag sensor and we did, as for brakes and other repairs that was not a promise to you. I hope this clarifies your request and hope we can continue to do future business with you.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This complaint [redacted] has not been resolved. I first spoke to [redacted] salesman , he completely agreed with me but lacks the authority . I then (finally) spoke to [redacted] of Huntington Toyota (copied) . He refuses to assume responsibility for these (approved) repairs . The receipts from the dealership below clearly indicate that initial repairs on the brakes and airbag were done at no cost (as promised by the dealership at time of sale and subsequently authorized by [redacted]). Repairs were not done properly and I needed to boring the car back three times . I was ultimately forced to pay for the repairs that I was initially told were the responsibility of the dealership . I was told unequivocally that ‘ It is the responsibility of the dealership to make sure that the car being sold is road ready and completely safe before delivery. It must have operational safe brakes and working airbags. I accepted the car before those repairs were (properly) done trusting the dealer to make good on his commitment to fix all the indicated repairs at his expense. Huntigto Toyota tried three times at their expense but when the lingering problems were was finally diagnosed properly and fixed properly I wound up getting stuck with the bill.

In addition to the disputed repair cost s I was sold a Warranty by the dealership. They represented this would cover other necessary repairs. The warranty was described by [redacted] as "Platinum Bumper to Bumper" Toyotacare Insurance. It is not Toyota, it is not "Bumper To Bumper" it does not cover any of the repairs the dealer himself acknowledged as being needed . I want the money I spent for the bogus warranty refunded. I have the receipts which I will provide .

Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

The age and mileage of this vehicle disqualifies it for Lemon Law. At most this vehicle has a 30 day warranty. We did cover items under warranty during this time frame which were paid for by the Dealership. You tried to fix the brakes several times , I had to bring the car back several times and the problem still existed. You finally realized that the rear brakes were faulty you charged me for the repair that is not acceptable, that was your responsibility When the problem was found with the rear speaker we contacted the customer's extended warranty company. Unfortunately the rear subwoofer is not one of the items that they cover. You sold me a bumper to bumper policy look at your contract. It should have been covered and you have bear that responsibility. If [redacted] is unhappy with the extended warranty, he may contact Custom Edge and request a refund directly from them. As for the Brake vibration the customer was feeling, that isn't really a safety concern.Since when are faulty brakes not a safety concern? If that was the case why did you fix them in the first place? We did try to fix it multiple times at our expense, and it was only when the pads and rotors were so worn down that we recommended that they be replaced. Untrue you could not find the source of the vibration see your own notes on the contract , only after Fred drove the car did he realize that the vibration was not coming from the front brakes. Maintenance items such as brake pads are not covered under warranty,The issue was the rotors not the pads why are you confusing and obfuscating the issue, and were legal when customer took possession of the vehicle. What about the air bag? was that operational at the point of sale? No and you fixed it eventually I had to come back three times for that to happen. [redacted] asked me to come back later to fix the brakes which also took three times to fix. the car was not legal at the point of sale please check your own notes and the e mail I received from [redacted] you salesman . Both prove my point. I only accepted the car on the condition that these three items (brakes airbag and rear speaker) were going to be fixed at your expense [redacted]'s e mail proves that the fact that you attempted to fix it numerous times at you r expense proves that and the notes attached to the repair work order proves that. [redacted] knw and signed off on these items see the notes as did [redacted]. [redacted] knew that as well, she only asked that I return when the Warranty kicked in. Unfortunately the warranty I got is not the Warranty I purchased , You duped me that makes you responsible to make the customer whole. Please read your own documents and respond to what they say don't waste our time with inaccuracies .

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

[redacted],

This is our final reply. The resurfacing of the rear rotors was done at no charge to you, as well as the front rotors. We did that to try to repair the vehicle for your satisfaction. The replacement of the Front Rotors and brake pads were the only thing you were charged for, as far as brakes are concerned. Unfortunately, the Extended Warranty Company does not cover the rear sub-woofer you had replaced, but you may contact them for a refund of their policy. To conclude, we will authorize a $200 credit in our service department for your use.

Sincerely,

Huntington Toyota-Scion
