Review: Huntington Vista is in violation of the ADA act by attempting to charge me a "Pet Cleaning Fee" for a Service Animal.

More over, I was only in the apartment from June to January and they are claiming the carpet needs replaced. They also have no proof that previous tenants did not have an animal that caused this.

Due to my Service Animals age and training, there is NO WAY POSSIBLE that my Service Animal caused this damage. More over, tenant law requires carpet to be replaced every so many years, not after each tenant.

UDR is discriminating and taking advantage of me by trying to charge me for this and I'd like for it to be resolved.Desired Settlement: I will pay $120 for the said cleaning fee I am responsible for. However, I will not pay for the carpet that they "claim" has urine stains from my Service Animal.

I will also not be paying any further fees outside the agreed cleaning fee of $120.
