Huntley Sucks!
Huntley sucks! This joint is truly a bait and switch operation. I regret not reading the reviews before contacting Huntley.

They will not honor the advertised price. They jack the price, in my case around 4k, with a ridiculous extra I think they called, an NIF. When asked what the NIF was, they replied, now get this, marketing. They will then scrub the NIF cost from the paper work and just add it to the price of the car.

Abe, the so called manager, is an arrogant liar. Joe B, the salesman is rude and just as dishonest.

I'll be filing a complaint with the Ford Motor Co. and cars.com.

Exceptional Sales Service
Corey Denman made buying a new Edge the best new car buying experience ever.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience today with Mike *** and the team at Huntley Ford. We saw a few trucks online and they were all there for us to check out and drive. We test drove a few and ended up buying the perfect truck for us. Mike was able to work some magic and everything was smooth sailing.
We loved our experience and will be happy to tell everyone we know to go see Mike, Patrick in Finance and the whole team at Huntley Ford. We were treated well and love our new truck. Thanks Mike.

Went there today to look at a truck I saw on the internet when they pull it up it’s a totally different truck then the advertised truck and price. when I say that’s not it and show him the pic he smiled and said sir you thought that truck would cost that, well yes I did it is advertised on your website and all they say is people make mistakes, but we have others for you. they scam everyone just to get u in the door and waist everyone’s time refused to give info over the phone saying they have to run your credit to give you monthly payments and what do ya no they didn’t run my credit When I was there and were able to give me monthly payments that were absolutely outrageous for the internet prices. so I told my father about it all, he calls there interested in the same truck and then tells em he heard it was not the truck in the pics and they hang up on him.

Went out to buy a *** last Saturday based on a car we saw advertised by Huntley Ford on the internet. The salesman showed us the car and as I walked around the vehicle, it had a "Sold" sign on it. We looked at other vehicles but nothing was in our price range. As we were leaving, we saw another vehicle parked in the customer parking, that really caught our eye. Turns out that it was for sale. We asked on what the "final" price would be... and the salesman went inside to ask his manager. He came back and told use the price, so we made a reasonable offer and he went back inside to ask his sales manager. When he came out, the car actually went UP by approximately $1500 for dealer prep and fees. In all my years of driving and buying vehicles, I have never had the price of a car go UP during negotiations! Wasn't interested in the dealer prep and basically said I wasn't paying for it. By the time we finally finished the deal and the paperwork, it was nearly closing time. They washed the vehicle and gave us the paperwork as we were leaving. I drove the car we came in and my wife drove the new car. When we got home, I went through the paperwork and was wondering where the 2nd key FOB was? We called the dealership the next morning and were told that there wasn't one. They could get us a 2nd one but it would be at our cost. I was confused, because I have never heard of a dealership not providing a 2nd key / car FOB for a vehicle. To make matters worse, they refused to credit us for it, claiming the pre-COVID cost they spent obtaining the vehicle was resulting in them already losing on the car. I told them they should have told us that there was no second key rather than having us find out for ourselves after we left. Their response? "Well, you didn't ask". That's true... I also didn't ask if the seatbelts work, if the engine had oil .. or if the emergency lights worked. So to top off their "wonderful" customer service, they were ok with fighting us over a few hundred dollars for the 2nd FOB. Huntley Ford's logo is a polar bear and their motto is "YOU'LL BE TREATED FAIR WHEN YOU SEE THE BEAR". Uh, not really... couldn't have been farther from the truth! It is stressful enough to buy a new car, but this place was a nightmare. We walked away jaded by this dealership.. as they were the epitome of "used car salesmen" in how they run their business and with regard to the customer experience. There are a lot of wonderful dealerships out there, and this isn't one of them... but we loved this particular car, so we went ahead with the purchase. My advice... is to read the reviews... and shop elsewhere.

I signed contract to purchase vehicle 5/2/20. Sales person mislead me on "Huntley package" and warranty, including the timeframe of the warranty, effectively selling me two warranties for over $7,000. I returned on 5/4/20 and had $3,000 removed from the "package". Person who rewrote the contract tried to change the term from 36 months to 24 months for the same cost of $4,516. I had to ask to have it fixed again. Huntley Ford also failed to provide the full terms of the service agreement as it is clearly missing section ten. I then called on 5/19/20 to have the warranty canceled per the terms of the warranty agreement. Person on the phone claimed that he mailed me the cancellation agreement which never showed. I drove to Huntley Ford on 5/28/20 to request the form, and a copy of the full service agreement. First manager I spoke to claimed he didn't handle those forms and sent me to another person to wrote a "check request" for $4,000 with "warranty cancellation" written on it, made out to Huntington Bank, who financed the loan. I told him I required the cancellation form and the full copy of the service agreement, to which he replied its easier for them to cancel it in this way, and refused my request. He claimed to have sent the check to Huntington and it takes two days. I have been on the phone today with Huntington who has not received any such check and with the warranty provider, who says Huntley Ford is not answering or returning their calls.

Ms. contacted the Dealership and the cancellation was processed. We have since issued the check #10962 in the amount of $4000.00 which was the amount She was charged for the warranty. It was flat cancelled in our system. This check was issued to Huntington Bank on the 31st of May and Was then sent via overnight mail, with the proper account numbers as such. As of today we have tried unsuccessfully to contact Ms.. In the meantime I did scan a copy of the check that paid down her account, via her email.
