I was scheduled for dental procedure with this doctor in this practice in October 2019. I had second thoughts and asked for a refund which he denied. I gave him a down payment. He started the work. I was having dental implants put in place. They were placed and then without my knowledge he left and went on vacation. He did not give me any antibiotics. It took a long time for me to heal. I called today to make another appointment. That's when I learned that I was going to have drive 45 mins to their other office in Westphalia to finish the procedure. The office in Ashland is 15 minutes away. I had misgivings about this practice from the beginning and tried to get my down payment back which they refused.

She has come here twice since her procedure in Ashland. We were in quarantine when we couldn't see her. She made the complaint prior to that. She is on our schedule to be seen. You can mark it complete for now and we can talk to her on her appt date on Monday at 3pm
